Great service. The gentleman working there has helped me several times recently, and I'm always happy with the result. Whether it is helping me send packages, get things printed quickly, or trying to find other shipping options after I missed the last truck of the day, he is always friendly and helpful.

Came to send an envelope to a PO Box address in GTA. Thought "standard" would be the cheapest option. The clerk didn't advise me that "Express envelope" would be cheaper. Moreover I've been charged for 17lb package (twice more).
A week later I found out that the envelope is not delivered because UPS doesn't deliver to PO Box. Why have you accepted it in the first place?
And then I was charged again for return package. $83.52 total for an undelivered envelope that UPS knew they won't deliver!
Outrageous!

I would definitely give zero stars if that would be an option. The guy on front is very rude and knows nothing about customer service. I called in advance to know if the package is there or not. He said you can come and then he hung up on me. When I went there, he said the package is not here thank you bie. No respect for customers.poor service

Never go this particular UPS store unless its just for dropping or pickup. Charged 1.35$ for printout. 2 blocks away some lsi student shop charges 25 cents. Major rip off.

$2 for email service and $0.2 per page for printing. Charged me around $5 to print 14 pages. Save ur money. The previous male owner was great tho.

Shahin has been taking care of my requests for the past few times I visited this store. He is welcoming and patient and take of everyone in a timely manner. I wanted to express mail a package to USA and thankfully UPS offered this service in a great price. I am so glad they offered such a service as it was not available by Canada Post Office. Always had a great experience here! Thank you so much

I was helped by Shahin which was extremely patient, cordial, and helpful in walking me through the process and paper work for a more complex shipment. There was a bit of a wait as the store was understaffed, but I had an overall positive experience shipping with this UPS store.

Absolute ripoff. $2 just to hit ctrl-P, $0.60 per color page and $6 for a one inch plastic binding?
Save your money, get your printing and binding done elsewhere.

Don't ship with them. A package for a car seat part was shipped to me when I wasn't home. Did not have any notification at my house. Phoned the UPS Store when I got back (multi day trip). They put it aside for me so it wouldn't get sent back to the supplier. The next day they lost the package. No scan from a driver, just gone. The best they can do is say sorry and tell me to ask the car seat company to reship another part. I don't know how ups stays in business.

They offered to print an email for me when they couldnt load the file on their PC. Then they charged me for each page. Tell the customer that their is a cost associated with printing (not an issue if they tell customers beforehand)

I decided to discontinue with them after months of service.
I never had problems picking up mail from the mail box, but when it came to dealing with the people at the front deck, it was always a hassle. More specifically, the man who works at the front desk will never help you, as it seems like he hates working there.
Whenever I had to ask him for my parcel, for some reason he'd never be able to find it, and when he can't, he will blame it on you. What's funny is that he's usually the same person who'd receive my parcels in the first place, he just doesn't seem to know where he placed them. Of course, he wouldn't give you an explanation of what happened or where it is, he'll just say "no, " and make you awkwardly stand there, as if you'd made the mistake. I'm sick of waiting all the time, being asked if my parcel "really" arrived or if I "really" sent the parcel to the store (I've been in this place for months, trust me it was always there, he just couldn't find it).
Not to mention, though I was promised I'd receive email notifications when my parcel arrives, I had multiple cases where I just had to check myself, because half of the time they wouldn't send me the email.
I have no reason to come to this place wasting my time and money just to deal with the man's attitude.
Avoid this place at costs, but if you have no choice, avoid the man and go straight to the lady. I wish they'd just post her schedule instead of their open hours, since it's completely useless.

My package was supposed to arrive at the end of the day and instead I never received any notification of if it had arrived and I tried coming by the store twice with no luck. The next day I wanted to call them to confirm if my package had arrived so that I wouldn't have to walk all way over for nothing, and instead I was put on "hold" without being asked while I could clearly hear a conversation in the background that this lady was having with someone else. Then, when she came back onto the phone she told me to hang up and call back because she had a customer at the counter. I'm very upset about this whole situation, I've been waiting a long time to get my package now.

The only reason this review isn't 1-star is because another time I had to get a passport photo taken and the gentleman there was very quick and professional about it. It was a great experience for that.

Bad weather delayed our proposal and we needed a rush job! We called Shahin at Store 499 and he immediately jumped to the challenge of a rush job to make our deadline. He was detailed, courteous and exceeded our timelines. Excellent customer service!

UPS told me that my package is stored at this location but the owner could not find it. The owner called GPS and figured out the problem within the day. Professional service with good communication.

These guys charged my boy $140 for brokerage fees on some $300 shoes then hit him up 4 month later to charge him again, gas UPS
