I always dropped off my UPS returned package from this store and they were very friendly and helpful. My returned I never had any issues since I have started using UPS 486. Highly recommend Thank you

I had such a great experience at UPS store #486 in Brampton. I was in the process of relocating from Canada to the USA, which was an overwhelming process but Jigisha at this UPS location was extremely helpful and patient and really made shipping my multiple large containers as seamless as possible. She answered all my questions, followed up with me, and even suggested alternative options. Definitely deserves 5+ stars for her amazing customer service. Highly recommend this location for any shipping requirements.

I have a business mailbox here and drop off packages for Amazon returns regularly. Excellent customer service experience, and highly recommend.

I have shipped package, it should delivered next day. Its not delivered as well as i cant track the package on UPS. Now UPS customer care closed. As per store its shipped but UPS site saying just label created. I am helpless its business stuff.there is no support from this store. Please think twice to use this store.this is third party store.

Another recent experience, visited to drop off a package. Box was not properly closed, so I asked for tape but I got surprise that they don't have a tape.how such agencies work. No one monitoring. Actually on the name of corona easily can say due to corona we are not allowed.logically it's spreading corona.as now I have to go to another shop to buy tape and visited this place again. So for simple task 3 visit.otherwise 1 visit was sufficient.

Total Rip off store charge me $ 45 for 2 persons passport photo foe same thing another UPS store charge me $26. Never go back to this store again.

My $225 package that I attempted to return to Amazon was never scanned and I spent days on the phone and at the store trying to figure out what happened to it. It never appeared. Don't trust these people. Go to another location and watch them scan it. Then get a receipt.

If you don’t wana do the printout just say straight to the customers don’t waste his time by saying that you didn’t get email, even i sent you email 3 times.

Krunal Patel is the best, I had my event in a week and she had my business cards ready in days. Her approach to customers is excellent. I'm definitely gonna recommend this location any day.

Excellent service. Disappointed by Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart I went to this UPS location for passport photos for my newborn. The staff was super helpful, very polite, professional and extremely patient with my kid. I cannot thank you enough for your great service. Please keep this up as we do not have many left with the great customer service in this city. THANK YOU

They show their hours as open since 9 AM. I drive for 45 minutes to get their and I arrive at 10: 00 AM to find the store closed and a PAPER sign with hours showing they open at 11 AM. Take the time to update your website! Not customer focused at all.

Krunal Patel saved my day. I went in to have my toddlers passport picture taken for an emergency passport. She was so kind and patient. She tried to take the photo even though the person who take children's photos wasn't in. She saw it was urgent for me and rather than sending me away she tried and tried until she got a good photo. I will forever be grateful.

We use this location weekly to ship out our yoga mats and accessories. JIgisha the operator, is very friendly and helpful at this location, she always give amazing customer service and has helped me make sure my packages have the proper labels. This location is convenient and professional to meet my needs. I use other postal services from time to time and you're lucky if people even look up at you, she takes the time to care about her clients.

They have not changed their operating hours online. I have seen many people who come like me and see their poster outside the store.

Not a professional place. 9am and still closed. 9: 15 so still closed. It supposed that opens at 9am.

I lost my recipe and I called the store asking for help and the lady was so helpful. She took the time to help me iam so grateful. And the customer service was one of the best I ever encounter. Thanks again store 486 thanks again
