Very helpful. They corrected my mistake on a phone number and were very courteous. The clerk basically had to all work again and she did it happily. Thanks for shipping my package.

The guy who works here is very rude!
I came to drop off an Amazon package, and even though I followed the instructions on the invoice to the T, the guy told me I was doing it wrong and that next time he will charge me. For what?

I tried to explain that I followed the instructions that were given and even tried to show him the instructions but he just kept cutting me off and said that ‘I need to read properly next time’

Read this - please have some manners and maybe don’t be rude to your customers.

Very rude customer service - Tried to get passport photos for my toddler only to be snapped at by the man at front desk to come back in the morning and that they don't take kids photos after 4 pm.because he can't deal with children? Funny, because he wasn't even taking the photo. Obviously will not return for any of their services.

My wife came here to drop off a return package. The man who works here was distasteful and disrespectful. He cut her off multiple times in conversation. He raised his voice at her. He was very stubborn and uncooperative. This is the second time we’ve had an unpleasant experience with this gentleman.

Do not go, they will try to ask you to pay extra money (processing fee 3 dollar) for already packaged item.

Employees provided excellent service and were very helpful with resolving issues without having me come in! I would definitely recommend anyone to come in to this location to have their packages delivered safely!

Excellent customer service! Treated me with great respect and a lot of kindness. This is a very friendly environment and I 100% recommend going here when needing to safely deliver packages, faxing, printing and laminating things, as well as, passport photos!

The store manager Arshad charged me $10 for a 11x17 cardstock print. I told him that I am a small business and I frequently print at another UPS store (same size and paper) for around $2. When I asked about the justification for the price he said that it was because he was “busy”. He said if I came back tomorrow he could do me a favour and print it for $6. I mentioned that this was not the stated price on the UPS official website and when I asked him to explain why he was pricing product based off his own personal schedule, he cut me off and told me that he was too busy to answer my questions and that it was either I wanted the print or I didn’t. I’m interested as to whether or not the company knows that this location does not follow the official pricing of UPS guidelines- I doubt that this is even legal and am sure that serious repercussions could follow. I ended up telling him that I would come back tomorrow for the cheaper price however he did not give me any form of guarantee that I would be charged the price he verbally agreed to- no receipt, invoice or confirmation email. It seems as if managers are charging based on their mood at the time. All in all this seems both unprofessional and unethical which is surprising because I always have great experiences at other UPS locations. I’ll be moving this complaint up to UPS officials to see if they can conduct an investigation but for now I say if you’re considering going to this location, maybe take the extra 10 mins to drive to the next one. Trust me, it’ll be worth it.

We have been using this UPS store for business and personal. Barbara is wonderful! Never had any issue but friendly, helpful, professional and the best experience. Highly recommend this UPS#460 for DHL, UPS mailbox, shipping, receiving and other services.

Highly recommend to avoid this store. They charge even for printing ups shipping labels. $2 for a black and white print. The amount may sound trivial, but this is not a great customer service. Shipping label needs to be printed either ways you book a label online or do it at the store. So why charge a consumer for printing labels if he has an online label- that too $2 for single page b/w print.
Also they don't provide any drop off receipt stating contact less- that is just an excuse to save printer paper. The lady at the front desk was rude and I will not personally visit this store in future.

I wasn't going to post a review because I wanted to give your staff the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were having a bad day, but it seems there is a reoccurring theme of your staff being lazy in the reviews. I don't know if it's one particular person or more, but the person helping me basically didnt help me at all, and I had to leave and go to the location down the street where I got quick and friendly service. Even when I said I was willing to pay for the packing service, I was told to find the box myself and pack it myself. Stop making excuses for poor service and train your staff better. Every other store I've been to doesnt hesitate to help pick the box, pack the item, and process it where I just have to hand the item over and pay. Other stores do this even if it's busy. I was the only person in your store. Also, why you guys charge 3x as much as other stores is beyond me, but I'm sure corporate loves hearing complaints about this store. Thanks for the bad experience. Not coming back here. I didn't bother contacting head office because I dont want anyone to get in trouble. This is for you to improve your store and for the people to know what goes down right now at this location. Hope you guys turn it around. I'd say hire me and I'll show you how it's done, but I dont think you can afford me lol good luck!

I use this UPS store regularly, I have always had great service above and beyond the norm. The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Barb, the owner is also very friendly and always makes sure the job is done right the first time! I certainly recommend this store for your business and shipping needs.

Lousy Service.
Dropped off several packages and requests receipt.
The woman was working there said due to covid protocols she is unable to do so.
Every week I drop off packages in many UPS stores and when request receipts, I get it with no question asked.
So this location is lazy, or just want to save their printer paper!
These days every business uses covid as an excuse to cover their incompetency!

Edit - I just wanted to add this little note as you replied.
The way I see this, once a customer walks in and request a receipt from UPS store, yes, it is a same tracking number, but it is a proof the package was scanned within your facility and and submitted to store.
Say by the time I walk out, someone steals the package, at least I have a proof my package was scanned in store and received by UPS.
So your explanation is pointless and just trying to justify what you should have done but did not.

After being run around by UPS main customer line, another location, the lady here was able to help me. They actually know what the heck is going on. The rest of UPS customer service and head office needs to learn a thing or two from these people.

Very courteous, cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Recently I had a UPS international delivery be delayed, missing my important and urgent deadline. Management brought my claim to UPS Head Office and got me a credit. Much appreciated for the inconvenience experienced. It certainly means everything to me. Thank you UPS Markham.

Friendly and responsive customer-oriented staff. Always willing to lend a hand or provide input on the best way to approach a challange. Mostly go there for their print shop capabilities and they're turn around time is fairly quick with a great quality result. I've recommended a few people here for quick print shop jobs and they've come away happy as well.

My visit today was no doubt the best experience I have ever had at a UPS store. The older gentleman with the longer hair took his time and patience to explain everything to me. Thank you so much. I would love to return again!

This location is the worst. They make excuses to print a receipt for the return of your parcel. The employees here are lazy and rude. They are trying every way possible to save cost on a receipt that you are automatically entitled to receive. Worst location. Never go here!

I"ve been on this store today for third time and I got best services that I've ever seen.
Their customer services is the best, their professional conduct and advices for proper way, friendly relationships with their customers and everything PREFECT.
You have to try and compare with any other UPS stores.

This UPS store has AMAZING customer service!
They have always helped me out with all my needs and made things easy for me! The professionalism and knowledge is incredible! I highly recommend this location for all your printing and all other needs you have!
I also ordered some promotional items for advertising and they are prefect!
