I have started My new business Amazon so I start it drop the shipping boxes first my boxes were on time
To Amazon but now it takes 4 weeks to reach the Amazon bad customer service really bad I wish I could give her 0 but can’t.

The owner and her colleagues are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable
about running the business

I have been going there for years and they always give me a heads up by email
when I have packages arriving

I highly recommend using this store

Been more than one month after they lost my package and still no refund. They keep lying and saying they sent me a cheque in the mail.

Since I took over the UPS store 349 last year, I experienced a highly satisfied customers who love my honesty, sincerity and good quality of work. On the other hand there were some customers with whom I had miscommunication and misunderstanding about their work demand. I admit that I am not a GOD and all human being has the limitations. I had the limitation too. Anyway I am sorry if I hurt your feeling for saying NO to your job. Any way, me and my team looking forward to enhance our customer service experience more exotic and more precisely from now on and forever.

I got a canvas done for my parents couple weeks ago and it turned out great! The team was so friendly and helpful. The work was finished so nicely and ready earlier than I expected. I am so happy with it. Thank you team!
