I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Riya at the USP store. Not only is she incredibly friendly and approachable, but her editing skills are top-notch as well!

I went there twice once for dropped package and once for Passport photograph very quite ambience and good staff and new management. They’re all very helpful and serve with smile

Writing as I am at the store, store was supposed to close at 4PM, was there at 3: 50PM and the lady inside waved that the store is closed.is this customer service?

Poor service, paid double to have the package in one business day, they didn’t scan the package and came up with excuses TRUCK WAS FULL couldn’t take ur package! 2”x3”x5” size package

Went there today to drop off a package, hardeep provided excellent customer service, she even went beyond and above to put the label properly for me. Keep it up

I roamed around 5-7 different stores to get my 3 week old Baby's photo clicked. Many times baby would stay asleep and I would waste 3-4 hours simply waiting in different parking lots and other times stores would be too busy or would outright deny taking photos.

Was getting very frustrated after 3 days of trying. Thanks to Harmeet who showed up positive attitude, understood that so young babies have great difficulty in staying awake and was quick to handle the situation.

Also thanks to another girl at the couter who covered up and was handling customers. Hope I could give more than 5 stars

Visited on 1st Nov around 12pm noon. Was out of the store within 20 mins.

Visited this store last week to ship something and the lady over there helped me packing my stuff and shipping my package.

World' worst Parcel service
I have been waiting for my parcel since last 20 days till now it not deliver yet.

The 2 ladies at the store helped me a couple times now. They are friendly and helped me get work done faster. Kudos to you girls. Keep up the great work.

Too expensive To use thé computer station is almost 20 an hour plus thé printing 50 cents à page so I advise to dont use their printing service for the people who want to print many document make sure you ask the price before start your work thank y

I opened a new business and wanted a mailbox for it. So i went to UPS store at 2county court blvd. The staff was really helpful. They explained everything about pricing and offers. I also got three months free for my mailbox. They also offered me business card printing which was awesome deal. I got 1000 business cards for price of 500. Also I printed my business cheques. This was a one stop shop for my business. Will totally recommend this UPS store and will go again.

The new owner is so helpful! I had to print something that required some editing and I needed variety in paper quality. Rob helped me at every step and my prints turned out perfect!

When ever I have a package coming through UPS this driver always leaves a note he does not bother to call or knock on the door. On the note clearly lies that I tried to call. Went to this store to complain about this particular driver and the lady working there got very upset and said there is nothing she van do as she is not an actual UPS but it clearly says UPS all over this place.

I shipped porcelain dinnerware to Mexico at this location, and it was excellent. The owner and the staff packaged everything very securely. The new owner is a great guy! He knows his work well! You will definitely be in good hands. This is my preferred UPS store without a doubt!

Came to make a drop off with my package already labeled and ready to go. I was told my package is not being accepted because it’s too heavy. I am very confused, I thought this was a shipping center.

This is not acceptable. First of all, the delivery man just left a note in my mail box saying sorry we missed you. When I was at home all the time coz I am working from home. I receive all my parcels at the door even in this COVID time, if other delivery men dont want to come upstairs, they call me and I go down to pick it up. Then whats wrong with UPS Delivery man. And now this store. In website its says they are open from 10 am on Saturday as well. I tried to call first, somebody picked up the call and hung up on me. Then we drove there and the store was closed. Literally, I feel just annoyed when any parcel is coming through UPS. I know that it will be a mess. Donno where to complain about them. What a customer service!

The service here is great but the UPS man that service my area is horrible. I’m tired of having to go to the store when I’m home and the delivery man doesn’t want to come upstairs because he’s lazy too, since the virus I’ve been ordering a lot of things and everything I’ve ordered I had to pick at the store.

Super disappointed with this UPS location. The lady working didn’t seem to care and was not willing to help. I had a box that needed to be tapped before sending, and she made me buy an entire roll of tape instead of using the stores. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction, she responded that it doesn’t matter. Never again

I went to this.location yesterday to send a parcel. The staff was exceptional, I was having some difficulty getting things organized with the package, and they were helpful and patient. One of the women was the owners daughter and she was super sweet and helpful.

Very helpful, printed my shipping tag for me and offered me a better alternative than the one I asked for!

I couldn't locate my package but the young lady went out of her way to help me the best she could. Cant remember her name but she has short curly hair and she is black. Give her a raise!

Very poor customer service online/on the phone, have spent months trying to deal with a brokerage discrepancy with little to no help. Have been hung up on several times. Finding other ways to ship for not only us but all of our suppliers. *** To be clear our driver has always been kind and helpful***

It is about time I update my review. My earlier review was based on one bad visit but I have since had many very good visits. Out of this one failure, I've gotten to know the owner Dhruv and have seen him work carefully with other customers to ensure they get what they need.
