Louie, the store owner, was rude from the moment I walked in. He said Amazon told me incorrectly that he would print the label for a return. I've never had this issue at any other store. Other reviews sharing their poor experience are unfortunately accurate.

Louie is the kindest and most helpful guy ever! I’ve been going to this UPS store since 2017 and have been coming back just for him. He is always so knowledgeable and patient and honestly just loves his job and it reflects in the customer experience. Hope he knows how appreciated he is! Thank you Louie!

The person working here act like he knows everything but he Dont have enough knowledge. He clicked my wrong photo for pr card. I showed him details too and he said i know everything u don’t have to show me any details. I went there 2 times and he alyz act like he is too smart but he is not he dont know. Hence my photo was rejected from ambassy

Not just this location but UPS is an actual joke…no idea what their drivers do all day long, just a waste of time. If you’re a working human it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a package from them. Select access point and then delivery date is a day late? That makes NO sense at all…customer service is 0 help. Not my choice to go with them.

I have been dealing with UPS for about four years, and I am grateful to them for the speedy arrival of my shipments and the wonderful treatment. Thank you to the staff of this most wonderful company.

The owner used to operate in a completely different manner where he made sure to communicate when I should expect a delivery back to said locations. It is really a shame but like several reviews shared, his demeaner is rather off putting, he wants to signal things are fine but the computer is almost going to be compromised.was not sure what I was asking and says to email him a different way.realize the next day most other stores are charging a better rate, oh well, lesson learned. I hope he rethinks what the customer wants and they don't want to listen to peculiar jokes!

I go to this outlet rather than closer ones because I respect Louis' business like approach and command of detail. I have never received less than attentive and courteous service.

AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

If you want your delicate parcels thrown around and possible get damaged and be delivered later than you were told it would take, then by all means go to this location.

Had I known my parcel would be delivered later than I was told over the phone, I could've driven to Toronto and get the parcel delivered within a few hours, Poor customer service, later than expected delivery date.

I have been to this location many times before without any significant issue. The owner was always polite and friendly so today I was shocked to see how poorly he handled his customers. However, the service today was absolutely horrible! I understand that during the pandemic that this store has protocol in which must be adhered too but it was completely illogical on how he handled it. First of all, I walk with a cane and had a box in my other hand. There is a automatic door open button that has been out of service for well over 3 yrs. The owner told me he won't fix it. The door is also very heavy and I have difficulty opening it. Today's visit was a real treat. I had to wait almost 20 minutes outside of the store because he had a customer in first sending a package internationally that had many documents to be filled out. She was in there for over 20 minutes! Since he only allows one person in the store at a time due to protocols, he made the other 4 customers with prepaid packages wait outside his store while we were all waiting for his painfully slow process. That customer should have been made to fill out their own paperwork on their own time. While they were doing that he could of scanned the prepaid packages of the other customers patiently waiting. He could have come to the door and scanned them. It could have been that easy. When it was my turn it took a sum total of 10 seconds. I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple 10 second task. And then he was very rude to anyone that spoke out about the unreasonable and inefficient wait times. Not even a "thank you for your patience. I am so sorry you had to wait so long". I absolutely dread having to go to this location because of the difficulty I have entering the store but now I will make a point to drive up Hamilton mountain to a more accessible location.

Have never experienced such a horrific level of Costumer Service in 40 years on this planet. Its June22, scorching hot day here in Stoney Creek, and I arrived with a package weighing 105lb at UPS Stoney Creek. Only one person can go inside due to covid19 pandemic, also 4 clients waiting in line outside. After 15 minutes the only client allowed in the store comes out, after another 5minutes the manager (francize owner) comes out.
I politely asked for a dolly so I can carry my oversized package. Answer: I have only one dolly and there are packages on it, so I dont have one. I simply asked" how come you dont have a dolly, if a costumer comes with a heavy parcel you should provide one! " At this point he was visibly irritated, like I asked him for money or something. I even asked him if he can help me bring the package inside. Blut answer "NO". That's what you get in Stoney Creek, UPS store on Barton St.

That's costumer service! Avoid under any circumstances! Even Canada Post is better!
