Excellent customer service, the store staff are very friendly and helpful. Went for a photo, they re-took it a few times until they were convinced. Never in a hurry, they ensure the photos are to right specifications.

Shout out to Tanner for exceptional service and being a great human being overall. We need more Tanners

I have been to this store multiple times. Tanner is very helpful, polite and quick at work. Always provide proper information regarding the cost options and estimated dates of delivery.

Tanner and Staff are very professional and very helpful. We got there today just as they were closing and we had to mail some very important time sensitive document. Tanner was kind enough to let us process our package in his time. Great service and nice people!

For our Not for Profit community group - at Hubbard Station; we decided the cheapest option was Canada Copy on Monarch St - however they do not take Walk-ins, so we went across the street to The UPS Store where we were welcomed with open arms and great customer attention and service from the Managwer "Tanner" what a complete opssosite from Canada Copy

The people at Store 121 (Baywood Centre) have always been top notch with me. I have use them for many different kinds of printing jobs.

Absolutely horrendously bad service.
There are no smiles, no gratitude, no hello no goodbye.

The employees refuse to help with commercial invoices or UPS waybills, claiming they are not UPS employees and to call the 1800 number.

They want to charge for packaging, you have to specifically request UPS free packaging.
