The proprietor, Mr. Chudasama, is great. UPS stinks. I paid a premium surcharge for next-day delivery on Feb 24 from Cobourg to Toronto. Today is Mar 2, and UPS still hasn't deliverd the package. The tracking number no longer has ANY information available to me: lost package and lousy service by UPS courier service.
