Such friendly and great service! The person who helped me was very patient and helpful and provided me with several options and how much it would cost. I was able to better prepare my shipment knowing what it would cost for all scenarios so I could pick what worked best for me.

Honestly the best place I ever went I think it was a son and dad great guys literally packed my whole thing up and bubble wrapped it for cheaper than other places were selling boxes have my business for the rest of my life great people

*Scam - do not use them for virtual mailbox - they will "lose" every package* I used their virtual mailbox services to forward mail. Of the 4 packages, only 2 have arrived. A third was lost in the very beginning for nearly 2 months. I spoke to 3 people at their office who said they never received the package and had "looked everywhere". UPS provided proof of delivery and only after I threatened legal action did they miraculously find the package just a short hours later. The most recent last 2 are now also lost and they have failed to fill out the paperwork since the claim was filed in August with UPS. I get the run around every time I contact them. I have now lost hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise because of this location. Beware.

I have delt with this store for over 2 years. They have always been great. Terrific to deal with never an issue. Always very knowledgeable and helpful. Would not go anywhere else for my shipping needs
Just shipped a heavy amp to the U. S. The boxed it, packed it, and 1 day later it has crossed into the U. S. They also sent me pictures of the unit all wrapped and ready to go.
