The owner of this branch is very kind and patient. He helped take my baby photo for passport a couple months before, but unfortunately it wasn’t accepted by Service Canada. And we went there today and he helped took again for free, really appreciate his service!

I have great experience with these guys. I always use this store for drop offs. The young lady and other staffs are very cheerful polite and supportive.

I just went there and shipped my electric scooter. Very professional and friendly staffs, 5/5.

This store service is my 5 stars in true heart. Anyone in the store is super nice even I dropped off some huge packages in the store. They also provided flyer with reasonable price and quick delivery. Recommend to anyone!

We had the best experience getting our passport photos done at this location! We brought our 3 children (under 3) and Mohammed was incredible with all ages! He took the time to review the process with us before we began, was very patient with all our children, and was a support for parents. The entire process was under 20 min (including the retakes we had to do with our toddlers). He truly goes an extra mile to make the experience positive for kids. Thank you Mohammed!

I've been a frequent customer of this UPS store for over a year now, and I must say that the owner and staff are incredibly helpful. They always go the extra mile to ensure that my shipping needs are met, and they do it with a smile. The UPS drivers who pick up packages from this store are also some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. I came here to do a quick shipment, and am the next in the line. They’ve three workers in the store but make us wait for more than 30 mins. Bad survive and bad attitude. Definitely won’t come here for any delivery again.

Right when we walked in, Mohammed was very inviting and helped my 2 year old son get comfortable before he had to take his passport photos. He was very understanding and gave us the best passport photo service!
