The UPS Store

I have been using this UPS location for 20 years, but not anymore. The new young guy who works there is not very friendly and would not give me a plastic UPS bag for my return. He said I could only get one if it was an express service. I’ve never heard this before. I drove down to the UPS store on Kingston Rd and they gave me one with a smile and processed my return.
I will be using that location from now on.

What a complete turnaround! I was dreading going in after my last experience a year ago, with the grumpy old man. Little did I know ownership had changed. A complete face-lift, lots of new services, and most importantly, GREAT customer service! I'm glad I gave it a second chance.

Our parcel was stolen by a theif who was pretending to have a consent letter from me. The store owner at this location was very helpful and quick with the investigation. She used the video recording from the store to quickly solve the mystery of our missing parcel. She filed a detailed police report and spoke to the company we had made the purchase from so we could get a replacement product at no cost to us. Overall the service we received was polite and very helpful. The new management at this store definitely knows how to take care of customers.

Extremely wonderful service and efficiency at Amberlea’s UPS. Alan is extremely professional and patient. I had an issue with getting a pdf printed and he was no short of a gentleman. Recently had to return a large BBQ appliance back to the seller due to a damaged product, I was frustrated to have to ship back such a large and heavy item. Allen at the ups store was kind and courteous, offering us a dolly, opening the door and taking care of the shipping back to the seller.

We also did passport photos on another day and he was quick and friendly with my toddler who was weary about the photo. He even gave her bubble wrap to keep her busy during the printing. Great experience and customer service!

This is location does not provide tracking receipts when dropping off packages. Every other drop off I have done the label was scanned into the system right in front of me. I’m 99% sure this isn’t a normal UPS business practice. But based on almost all the other reviews nothing is gonna change.

This is my go to store for shipping. Super helpful and friendly staff, very patient and always willing to help and advise what is best for my needs. I like going to places with good customer service. I highly recommend this location!

I was returning a large parcel back to amazon. The old man behind the counter seemed very annoyed and questioned why I ordered large items online and return it again. That is none of his business and the comment is unnecessary. That is one of purposes of this physical location, and I am pretty sure amazon pays UPS for shipping as well. I have no idea why he was annoyed when there was business coming in.

Always a good experience here. I dealt with Alan and he was really helpful and professional. 10/10
