Such an amazing experience. I was having major issues with shipping my packages and the manager sorted everything out smoothly and easily, and gave me a fantastic shipping rate. Highly recommend this place, they are so nice and accommodating.

Had to ship two phones to the US. Akash (the manager) was very helpful, worked fast, and suggested me the best shipping costs. Good store and professional manager!

Used to ship a large, heavy package. Logistic problems occurred at the receiving end. Staff went out of their way to help resolve what really was not their issue. Unfortunately while helping us other customers had to wait a little longer. Very impressed with the staff and their positive helpful attitude; they really went the extra mile for us.

I accidentally used this is UPS address not knowing that my package will not be able to be delivered there because it was coming with Canada Post. So trying so hard to redirect the delivery of my package and wasn't able to. But at the same time I called the UPS store sty 55 Northfield Drive E.and the gentleman said Canada Post will not deliver my package his store. But nevertheless be was very kind and took my information just in case if it comes there. And it a Joy to see that this gentleman called me saying that my package is there since yesterday, but the Canada Post said that it idea redirected and out for delivery while it was at the UPS store. I just wanted to say thank you sir for your kindness and support. When I needed it and it was a very important documents inside the package. Thank you so much and we need more kind and helpful people like you. Once more thank you sir.

This is the best ups of them in the region the owner is the operator of the store versus all of the other locations that are employee operated. He moves much faster with the goal to get you in and out much faster. I would drive out of my way to go here over other locations that will have a line and waste your time.

Excellent service! Staff was professional but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff member took his time and made sure everything was done properly and efficiently and addresses etc.entered correctly.

I had to send documents that could not be bent, to an international destination, and the staff member went above and beyond to find me the right size of envelope and some cardboard to shore up the envelope and prevent creasing.

COVID precautions are being observed: Masks are being worn and only limited people are allowed in. Hand sanitizer can be found at entrances/exits and on desks/counters etc. This is now my go to place for courier services.

Sorry I had to write this. I was here for a print out of 4 sheets, 2 pages on my USB and 2 on my email. The computer was so so slow it took ages for the USB to be detected and chrome to launch to access my email. I was charged for using the system for 15 mins. I told the guy the system was slow and it should have taken me only less than 5 and he is like ok. First bad experience with a UPS store

Excellent service, above and beyond to print my paperwork and ship it out. While there saw they did passport pictures and got that completed and out of the way. Will be back to send my passport for renewal by UPS. Very knowledgeable staff

Don't even bother using UPS' pick up service. 2 days in a row of them not showing up during the DAY LONG SCHEDULED PICK UP TIME. Genuinely embarrassing and extremely stressful when trying to move. Support lines are completely worthless and LIED about when the pick up would happen. This company is horrible and has unbelievably bad service.

Went to the ups store on north field drive to ship a gift to my mom however when I got there I discovered that it is not accessible at all there needs to be an automatic door opener for those who are disabled to make it easier to get inside instead of having to ask for help to have the door opened, other than that the gentleman inside held the door open and assisted me In getting my packages shipped.
