Went in to print one piece of paper today and they charged 25 cents to print the paper and $2.50 to send them an email. Can’t tell if they are extremely overpriced or just scammed me.

Zero Customer Service.
Might as well leaving only a "UPS drop box" since the workers don't have any clue about their own business!

This location sucks. I spent 100 to ship a card and photos to Germany with a guarantee delivery date and time. The day after my package was supposed to have arrived I checked the tracking number and package is somewhere in Kentucky not in Germany where it was supposed to be. So I called this UPS location which is where I sent off the package and the girl tells me she’s going to investigate and call me back - two hours later no call. I call back and I get the owner man and he says he has a customer right in front of him so he’ll call me back in five minutes - half hour later he still hasn’t called so I called again and nobody’s picking up the phone. I’ve called three times in the past hour and nobody’s answering my call and the location is still open. That’s just the tip of the iceberg – several months ago I brought in some expensive card stock to print out my business card. When I went to pick up my printing it was very obvious that instead of doing the double sided business card at once they had done the top page and then re-inserted the paper to print the back. It was so off centre that I had to discard all of it and he still tried to charge me for it. I took my file key back and just laughed at him. The worst part is he had all the papers in an envelope and he was hoping I wouldn’t look inside before I paid. So Unprofessional and unhelpful. I do not recommend anybody using this location for printing or for shipping

Why would you say that the store is open until 7. If you don’t keep it open until 7. It is so frustrating!

The kid working told me to come back at the end of the day and he closed at least 45 minutes early.

The store's owner, Sunny, would not provide a reciept for an Amazon return even though I had requested one twice. He said they don't provide reciepts for pre-paid returns and to just check the tracking number. It has been 5 days now and the status has not updated indicating that the package was ever sent/scanned in/received by UPS. During that same visit I had paid to have a letter sent to a local address. He charged me for expedited, which I did not request or authorize, and put the weight of two pieces of paper down as 2lbs. It cost $17+ to mail a letter due to this. The guy is a scammer. The location may be convenient, but he will rip you off. Take your business elsewhere.
