I highly recommend the UPS store for shipping as well as their printing services. I was using the store for shipping for my small business and I was in the process of ordering new boxes and they helped me locate boxes and then designed my logo to look very professional on my new boxes. The owners are extremely friendly and professional and have great experience with brand design. Prices were also better than most big stores.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service, packaging up a framed picture to be sent across Canada. The person receiving said it was a great packaging job.

Each time I have visited the store I have received excellent customer service; they are super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly - highly recommend!

Disrespectful, pompous, talks down to customers. I'm a middle aged woman and was aggressively schooled like a teenager.
Note: I was not at all upset regarding the lack of tape, in fact, or about being responsible for it-I merely mentioned that your customers would appreciate you a bit more if you supplied tape, but that it is up to the vendor (that's what we call customer service, hearing what the customers would appreciate). It was the vendor who insisted I listen to them while they berated me regarding their business, which I did not care to do, nor was I interested in the plight of a clearly much wealthier business owner than myself (who merely asked if he supplies tape, NOT insisted that he does). The vendor wanted to argue, I was not interested so was stuck while the package was being processed listing to the vendor paternalistically argue his point and shut me up when I said I was not interested. I simply did not care, the vendor insisted I care about the issue, and listen to him lecture me about his business. It was absurd, disrespectful, and entitled.

The owner Amir was very friendly when I went to ship some documents internationally. I was running late, he kept the store open for me and we even discussed different pricing options.
His store was very professionally kept and he offers other services such as printing which I will take him up on later. Great experience.
