Just called this location to follow up for a package that the email says was supposed to be on this location yesterday and the guy who picked up the phone said it’s not here come at the end of the day. When I tried saying this is what you guys told me yesterday the guy started yelling at me on the phone. Very rude! No need to yell at customers for no reason! If you’re not happy with your job or have anger issues just quit but you have absolutely no right to yell at customers who are just simply trying to find their packages!
Just reading other people’s reviews it looks like it is the same guy yelling at everybody lol

I purchased a 50 pounds, 58 inches mirror from an online seller based in Ontario, Canada. Unfortunately the seller does not offer shipping. I live in Las Vegas, so I had to have the mirror shipped to me. I had to look for a company that will be willing to pack and ship a 50 lb mirror. It’s not surprising how only few are up for this challenge. I am happy that this store helped me with my needs. Ahmed was helpful from the start. He assured me that they will pack the mirror and try to get it to me in one piece. He also helped me save $$. Lynn had been sending me pictures from the arrival of the mirror in their store, also while packing and all packed ready for shipment. As you can see in the pictures the mirror was wrapped very securely, no wonder it arrived safely. It is hard to trust and relay on people’s integrity, but right in choosing to trust Ahmed and his team.

If there was 0 Star I would choose that but 1 star is the only option I get here! 0 customer service! When you go to store to do return instead of scanning and giving you receipt they ask you to leave the item on the counter and leave the store and then it takes them a long time more than couple of days to scan the item! All other USP stores scan the item and give you receipt right away please don't waste your time going to this store! What happens if your item gets lost then who can show that you actually did return the item!

Went there around 5: 30pm to drop off a package. I asked for it to be scanned before I leave. Nothing unreasonable. I do the same thing at every UPS or Canada Post store. The owner said that the driver will be back tomorrow morning to pick up parcels so she can't scan it. She asked me to leave it UNATTENDED on a table close to the entrance within reach of anyone walking in the store, NOT behind her desk in a safe location. With one employee in the store, anyone walking in can grab a parcel and leave without been noticed. Refused to leave the parcel there and called UPS to schedule a pick up from my business. As a business owner I’ve been dealing with UPS for years and have visited several local UPS stores in the past. Never had a problem. My parcels were either placed BEHIND the employee's desk or were scanned before I left if I requested so, irrespective of what time I came in. I was never told I came too late for scanning. Customer service and safety are below standard in this store. I should have read the reviews before going in. Other customers have complained about lack of scanning, safety and accountability. Will be informing UPS and will be going back to my usual UPS store for all my business needs.

The drop-off experience is a nightmare! DON'T GO TO THIS UPS STORE! Stop using the COVID-19 as an excuse, every other UPS store can scan the package immediately [customer will keep distance for sure] or even give customers a proof of returning if we requested. ZERO customer-friendly experience when dropping-off at this location, their owner and staff prefer chatting together instead of helping customers scanning the package. They just want you to drop the package somewhere in the store and leave now without scanning. Yes, sure, they may scan packages later due to blablabla. But as a customer, if you can't have kind proof of returning, what happens if something wrong occurs? Especially when you are returning some expensive goods. So stay away from this UPS store! Choose some other UPS location which has better service but might be a bit far from you instead!

Their customer service dropped down to zero since new people took the ownership. I called them and I was told if I arrive before 6pm, they will bind my papers; however when my mom got there 10,15 minutes early, she was told that the job has to be done tomorrow. They did the simple binding the same day but totally ridiculous. They tell you something on the phone but when you go there, you will hear something completely different!

The outgoing owner being low level cheap when requested for pouch to stick drop of label on couple of items gave only one n was told to order it from ups.com advised its for amazon drop off n do not have any account with ups still owner remained low level cheap n provided one pouch to stick label for 2 packages, stores gets paid for drop off n pick ups n these supplies are given to them for freeee from ups pathetic

I went to drop off my packages. They were about to close the shop. They first accepted it. Aftey they have seen that I have more than few packages (under 10) Jay and Jessie started asking questions. After I brought the 4th package, they said they cannot scan it as driver has already gone. That was not true as they had to scan the package by law because that is the only way that I have proof of drop off. But I still had to drop off the package and said I am Okay to that,

After I brought to 5th package THEY REFUSED MY PACKAGES. They did not state any reason and they said they have right to do that. My packages were heavy and I already put it into the store. They did not care and I had to put it back to my car. I was in a rush and they were only laughing at me

I think this branch does not even care about customer service. They think that since they have a UPS store they do not have to care about customers.

FOR ALL OF THESE REASONS, THIS WAS THE WORST SHOP EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD

I have dropped off many packages to this location for Amazon returns, and I've also shipped stuff domestically from this location as well, as I am always in this plaza and very familiar with it. From a location perspective it is very convenient and I appreciate that it's literally right there with everything else.

Pre-Pandemic, they were "ok", but I think the sheer volume of having to deal with everyone's Amazon returns has gotten to them. I recently went in to drop off some Amazon returns (surprise!), and I put all the items on the counter (4-5). They (a male and a female) advise it was fine and I could leave them there. I politely asked for them to be scanned into the system showing the drop off (Amazon sometimes refunds you right away when it is scanned as dropped off), but the main reason was because I wanted proof that I dropped off the returns; without that proof, you have no defence if a return is not provide.

NOTE: Packages do go missing here and there - we all know that, it happens with all couriers and mail delivery, and packages also get stolen from everywhere, so to protect ourselves, we always ask for the items to be scanned. This is NOT the same as asking for a receipt (like a previous reviewer created a stink about). If it is scanned, my tracking number shows it has been scanned. However, there have been many times where people forget to scan the items in, or items get misplaced or re-routed, it's a fact.

Fast forward a few weeks, and I'm back dropping off 1 box for Amazon returns, but this time, there's a large desk at the front of the door (beside a pile of like 100 boxes of Amazon returns), and you can't even walk into the facility. I was rudely asked to place my Amazon return on the desk in front of the main door, and that was that. When I put the box on the table and continued to wait, the female advised "it's fine", and I politely said I wanted to gave it scanned and didn't mind waiting because packages get lost or stolen as well (especially at the front of the store). She rudely told me she doesn't have time and there's a million boxes to scan before mine.

Why I gave 3 stars is because I personally find this duo to be quite abrupt and abrasive. I've never gone in and received a friendly welcome, not even a smile, pre-pandemic or during pandemic. I've been coming here for over 5 years or more, and the "tone" is the same.it's just gotten worse now with the Amazon returns.

I see that certain reviews get replied to, so let me start by saying please do not try to justify your tone, or state that I must have mistook it for another location. I have been to many locations of UPS and other carriers, but I frequent yours the most. I get it - you're tired, and everyone keeps dropping off Amazon returns (I'm guilty as well), but it doesn't cost you any money to smile or be nice to customers. Being short, blunt, and rude doesn't give your customers the best experience. Maybe you're nicer to people who actually pay to use your services vs just dropping off packages (I'm sure Amazon compensates you for each return, no?). Sorry I don't need business cards or need to print or copy pieces of paper, but shouldn't stop you from speaking respectfully instead of barking commands.

Correction - your store was empty and your female associate was not on the phone. Blunt and short responses 1 time, I can forgive, but any time I come it is the same issue. Please stop making excuses. Put a smile on, greet your customers and appreciate that they choose you for their shipping needs.

Secondly, clearly you don't purchase much on Amazon. I get 2-4 shipments a week and when I do choose to return an item, the moment you scan it marks the system and signals to them the item is being shipped back; I receive a refund within 30-90 minutes of you scanning the item at your store, and no, it hasn't reached back to Amazon yet.

Again, appreciate your response and understand there are measures in place now as per government, and trust me I know you are busy, but your abrasive communication is highly annoying

I needed to print my documents on 80 sheets A4 Size paper which is not normal for here. They said yes we can do it and i went there the next day and it was ready and finished and they charged me an amazing price for printing and finally they shipped it for again the best price i could find. All the other places i called they said i had to buy a whole box of paper or they can not do it. These guys are amazing and honest. Thank you for your honesty and assistance.

Excellent customer service from very nice people. I thank you them to stay open to business for me. They are very fast, professional, competitive and expertise to print business cards and flyers for my business. I used this location for lots of occasions and found very knowledgeable as well.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to drop off a package and asked for a receipt. The lady and owner were extremely rude and would not give a receipt even though other UPS branches provide them. I dropped off the package at a neighboring UPS that provided the receipt without hassle. Avoid this location at all costs!

Update: I emailed UPS customer service, which were extremey quick getting back to me, about this experience and they replied "We have advised the store that they should offer receipts to avoid occurrences like this and given them the tools to do so. We have also let the area manager for the GTA know as well. "

2nd update: the fact that you wrote this proves how little you care about customer service. I went to the UPS store 4 km away from you and dropped off my package with a receipt with no hassle. Its called a DROP OFF RECEIPT. Listen to your customers and your head office and maybe you will get better reviews. And yes I did ask for an email confirmation and you wouldn't do it either. Just to remind you your whole business is around customer service and that YOUR head office AGREED with me. Extremely poor service.honestly for any customers head to the new East Gwilliumbury location, their service and staff are AMAZING. This will be my last response to you as i have spent enough time on your poor customer service. And by the way a drop off receipt does exist, its called a DROP OFF RECEIPT and yes I did call UPS that is how they contacted you so I don't really understand why you wrote for me to contact UPS, i already did that. I truly hope you change your attitude towards your customers and LISTEN to your head office.

The best UPS store ever! Jay and Carol and the whole team are fantastic! Every time I walk in the store they greet me with a smile and no matter how busy they are, they make an extra effort to help me with my mailings. I am so glad I found this location!

I have used this store for years for color photo copies. Have been always prompt and fair priced and willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Cut and inserted sleeves they printed into dvd cases for me. Recently created original graphic art for me demonstrating creativity as well as service. I am more than pleased.

I can't remember the last time an employee of any business made me feel like such a burden to them. The woman who "helped" me just took the package and glared at me to leave, I pry out of her information on when the package will ship out. If you hate people and your life you shouldn't be in a customer service position. Even the lights in the sign outside are burnt out, clearly no one cares.

Edit in response to owner: I didn't drop it off that morning, I waited until I knew my package was shipped before I wrote the review in case a vindictive employee decided to "misplace" it. Take some responsibility for your employees, and replace the lightbulbs in your UPS Store sign, it is embarrassing to look at.

I dropped it off on Jan 24th before closing and handed it over to an asian woman wearing glasses.

I'd also like to add that the UPS Store in Aurora had great service, and I will be using them from now on and recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Recently my wife and I went to UPS 404. We needed 2 prints packed to ship from Toronto to the Bahamas. The prints are not expensive but have great value to us. When we ooened the box we found it had been packed so that a truck running over it wouldn't have damaged it. Great work and many thanks. Customer for life.
