The UPS Store

The woman was cold and rude yet nice to the older regular customers. I asked for help and she passed me a paper and then went and sat down to watch videos on her phone. I had two purses to send she came back over and said “you gonna send like this or you need a box? ” While flicking my purses. I put chanced a box completed my sale and then I noticed the google sign saying to leave a review I put my phone up to it for the dr code, she noticed and her mood totally changed and ask how my day was and talked about the weather … way too late … I won’t be back. I have a side business which needs lots of shipping … I’ll go elsewhere.

I don’t have a lot to ship. However when I do, it is usually under unusual circumstances. The husband/wife team here are amazing. They will help you out, offering best suggestions. They make me smile with their outstanding and immediate customer service. I will drive out of my way to come to their store. Thanks for always making my day. Makes me wish I had more to ship.

Unfriendly, not helpful, lied about being the only UPS Depot in Welland. Kay's Korners on Thorold is a UPS Depot as well.

Had my passport photo taken, and shipped out my passport and status card documents. Everything arrived on time! The owners are always very friendly and helpful! I go out of my way from Thorold to use this UPS store.

Been here a few times for returns. Store has fast service, employees are helpful and easy to deal with. Faster than canada post for sure.
