I came in. And the owner blew me with his kindness. He helped me with everything and his employee Aaron greeted me with kindness and respect. This is my go to UPS store for all my issues and needs. Thank you for the amazing service

I went on July 31 late afternoon. The man with glasses and black hair who was at the counter was incredibly rude.
I needed to drop off an item which had prepaid shipping. I asked him to tape the shipping label and tape the envelope shut as I did not have tape. He did not apply enough tape so I kindly requested that he apply a bit more tape. He rudely replied that UPS is not responsible for providing tape and that it is very busy. There was only one other customer in the UPS so it definitely was not busy. He could have given me the tape and even if it customers responsibility to use their own tape for future, there is a polite way to inform the customer of this. No need to be so unfriendly.
Employee needs to be trained on customer service.

The manager openly and loudly releases personal information in front of other customers with no regard for personal privacy.

I come to drop off prepaid package to return item to Amazon. Blond guy who is the only one at the store today is litterally helpless. Amazon instructs me to give a copy of commercial receipt for custom purpose to him but he refuses to take it and shout that he will not sign any thing. No instruction provided to the customer, the worst service I ever had in my life. I hope i dont need to come back to UPS any after. Im not sure if my package will be returned safely to Amazon or not.
