Please do not take any of your valuable packages to ship out at The UPS Store location at 110 Cumberland Street. Unfortunately, there are some individuals employed there who are most likely involved in fraudulent activity. I took some valuable items there to be shipped and the package was left open for a long period of time while they boxed the items up themselves among other unfortunate details that occurred, too long to get into here. Long story short, the box arrived at the destination without the items inside with no accountability on their side. Use at your own risk and be very careful.

I used this UPS store yesterday. The man (with the awesome eyeglasses!) was very nice and the process was smooth. I was delighted that the cost was fair and my package arranged on time. Thank you-I will be back!

Give them exact dimension 35mm to print they printed bigger 38.1mm (1.5in) and was told them to pay again to reprint but they are not willing to, instead keep pushing me saying it looks good even the picture doesn’t fit in the frame properly
Staff were nice and friendly but these type of job I probably should go stapes or somewhere where they can print professionally.

Ramzi the owner is awesome. His employee Andy also very attentive. Great customer service. I’m always grateful for next day delivery, and the price always blows my mind. Soooo reasonable for a delivery that is a 3 Hour Drive. It would cost more in gas! I ride bike long way to use this particular store! Thanks guys.
