It charges you 4 dollars for just printing 1 page of shipping label. Way to make money.
They put the price in a very very small letter on the wall far away so you will for sure miss it and the “you think she would be a nice and honest lady” doesn’t mention anything until the moment she corner you to pay

The location has changed, it is no longer near the Yonge and Eglinton mall, but close to Mount Pleasant and Eglinton. Same staff.

I really do not understand all of the negative reviews posted on this site for this particular UPS store located at Yonge and Eglinton. The owners seemed very patient, polite, and above all helpful.

Do yourselves a favour, AVOID this one.
Read the reviews of others and you'll soon realize you'd never want to come back to this location. If you ask for a receipt for a drop off, he will tell you to take a picture of the tracking number and that's the proof. Points and tells you to move the box near the window.

I had a bad feeling dropping off my package at this location after reading all the reviews but still decided to go for it as I was running out of time and this one was on my way to another errand. When I got to the store, it was 6: 15pm, 15 minutes before closing and the door was already locked, giving the impression the owner did not want to work. He unlocked the door and let me in and gave my package to the cashier. They did not scan it in front of me and prompted me to take a picture of the return label.when I asked for them to scan so to receive my confirmation receipt, he said there is no such thing as a receipt and said that's why he said to take a picture. My package is supposed to go to the US and has not made a single movement in over a week. This would never happen at the UPS store near my house but it just wasn't on the way this time. I regret not leaving my package there because I would now be relieved instead of anxious if they lost my package or forgot to ship it out. After I left, he locked the door again when another customer had tried to go in. Seriously, the guy doesn't even want to work. He's just banking on his location being at a prime location at yonge and eglinton.

UPDATE: ups confirmed package has been lost and there was no movement since the day after package was dropped off at the location.i couldn’t even file for an investigation and the retailer i purchased my products from had to and i was lucky enough to get a refund but this could have gone another way and i could have lost my entire purchase amount.

Terrible customer service. I made two visits to this store to retrieve the same package. On both occasions, the clerks acted very inconvenienced by the fact that I might be looking for a package at a UPS store. Both times, they said the package wasn't there even though the tracking # and progress details on the UPS website said it was, as did the 'proof of delivery'. The second time, the clerk only went and got it when I insisted it was there and (like it did previously) pulled up the web status. Male clerk also wasn't properly masked on both trips. The store has stacks of packages/parcels everywhere and is completely disorganized, so I get why they'd prefer you just give up and leave. Use Penguin Pick-up on Eglinton instead, Staples/library for printing, or an alternate location.

I wish I read the reviews before entering the store. And I wish there’s an option of no star or minus star for reviewing.
Attitude is so so, horrible horrible picture taking skill and setting. DO NOT TAKE PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE, DO NOT TAKE ANY PHOTO HERE!
Charging $20 for digital and $20 for hard copy, not even slightly touch up the photo and the lighting and background are horrible. How come you can charge that much for such service and product?

The services are very poor the man did not ask me how I want the print and he printed by himself in the wrong format and asked me pay and also I took a photo for a or card it was awful the light was inappropriate and it is rejected by the officer, he does not know how to communicate with the customer, the worst ups location ever.

I just sent a suitcase to the states. I needed more documents. The store was very quick to get me to complete the docs and I found their service to be 5 star.

The guy who works here is the most miserable slob I've ever seen. Just no regard for customers, hacking coughs all the time without a mask on. Never had a pleasant experience here.

Opening hours are false. Many people show up during opening hours and it's closed. Your package will be trapped there forever. UPS needs to remove this owner's permit. Never open and never answers the phone, even during opening hours.

I swear this place is never open. I've tried to go there on three separate occasions, all on different days during "opening" hours, and I've been met with a locked door.

75 reviews at the time I'm writing this review and the average of 2 stars! I'd give them 0 stars if I could.contacted them on Thursday and confirmed a pick up time between 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday Feb 6,2021. After driving there, paying for parking, I ended up with a closed store! How can UPS ignore so many negative reviews?

We received a note from the driver that he needed a signature upon arrival and duties paid. I paid online with no problem, however I wasn’t able to use the site to rebook a time or date (malfunctioning). I called to inquire the status of the package. The customer service rep said that they attempted to deliver it two more times that week—no notice was provided (as they had done in the first attempt), the concierge confirmed. I tried to reschedule over the phone for local pickup. My husband just went to the location and it wasn’t open (despite hours listed online AND confirmed over phone that it should be). Pretty shocked at such poor customer service and follow up. Still don’t have my package, almost 3 weeks later.

After calling and waiting for 15 minutes for the store to open (I came at 9 am and no one was there), I called another UPS location that was 700m away and they answered right away so I just walked there.

It's not worth the time! This ups store does only have an old laptop for printing which takes at least 15 minutes to load. It was a frustrating experience. One more annoying thing was the printing price. It doesn't matter how many pages you are going to print. The price is always around $3.5. I have prineted 6 pages yesterday the total cost was $3.25 while I had printer only 2 pages and the cost was $3.5. It seems something wrong with this store!

No star is what that place deserves. I checked twice the opening hours and called to confirm. Of course, nobody answered and I discovered why when I showed up at their door on Saturday morning with a giant box that acted like a sail in the wind. At 10: 15 the door was closed and the lights were off despite the sign in the window indicating that they were opening at 10 and the phone message also indicating that they were open at 10 on Saturdays. Incompetent and unreliable, everything you don't want in any business.

I have been to this store on several occasions and every single time has been an unpleasant experience. To start, the store is very disorganized, messy and old. Mohsen, the employee who always seems to be working when I go, is very rude and not at all efficient at his job. If you need to ship a package internationally, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.it was a complete nightmare. The only times I have gone after that was because I had no choice because the online purchase is delivered through UPS. Even if you are prepared with all the required information for your pick-up/shipment, he will seem very annoyed with you for no reason and will certainly not help you if you have questions. If you can avoid going to this store, I would.

My wife and I were told by UPS customer service on the phone to bring our 140lb package to this store. We get the equipment necessary to move it, hauled it along the sidewalks, and when we got there they just told us “no. ” Associates we’re messing around when we arrived. We’d tried calling over the preceding days and no one answered the phone. Don’t even bother with them.

I don’t understand why so many complaints about the place and also the staff. Went there today and there is nothing to complain. Was there to print the label and to drop a package. The staff answered my questions, helped with the printing and with the pack to be sent.

"Despite of" many prior negative reviews, I've had only perfectly fine transactions. Who knows, maybe a treat-others-as-you-like-to-be treated symptom. Maybe I got lucky. I prefer keeping it that way.

I have sent some packages from this location in the past months. I have never really experienced any of the things the other reviews claim.yes, the owner does not have a chipper personality, but he gets the business done. What else do you want.

This location requires a re-hiring of Staff, that are well Trained, Courteous and understand the business they are in. After a recent visit to return a Pre-Paid package and having it be rejected, it will be the last time we use the location, and likely UPS. Due to the size of the boxes, we had to pay for a Cab each way costing us more money.

I went to the store at 10: 15 am, 15 minutes after open and it was locked, without a sole in sight. I then called at 11: 30 and could not reach a person. I think they should lose their franchise.

This guy is a piece of work. He doesn't ever smile, even if you make a concerted effort to be pleasant AND he is incredibly lazy. I had a heavy package that I brought in and put on the counter. He took it and stickered it (usually the last step for the customer) and then ordered me to carry it over to the corner where the other boxes were piled. Ugh. I hate going there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first couple of times I had bad experiences at this ups store, I was lenient as Mehsen/Mohsen was the only person working there.

But to watch the consistent bad customer service with other customers ahead of me and to see how inefficient he is at his job, it makes me want to take a day off from work to receive my packages just to prevent it from going to this ups store. Or relocate to leave this designated ups store in my area.

THIS UPS store very unprofessional services, store manager NEVER NEVER answers the phone, he never provides receipts and hardly speaks english. He opens and close this store as he wishes and he wants, and he NEVER reply to any emails.will write complain to BBB ABOUT THIS UPS STORE.

Unlike other UPS stores, this store forces you to buy their own envelopes and boxes rather than giving you the free ones that UPS stores usually provide.

Though I do not mind paying for an envelope or a box, it would be nice to let the customer know the fees prior to using them.

Customer service is sub par but what can you really expect.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I've never met a shipping place that charges a dollar to borrow a pen charges $2 for tape. Sima was rude took the tape away from me when I went to use a second piece. And then ripped the pain away from my hands when I went to go right fragile God forbid a second time on the box.

Apparently she's saving the environment. Yet she was so quick to try and sell me a new box.cuz she didn't like the size my box was

I ended up leaving the store and bring it to another UPS location because she didn't want to tape the shipping slip on the Box
