I came here with my package and received a really rude comment from one of the workers. I brought my package with my two papers from amazon that I printed, wasn't sure if it was supposed to be on the inside of the package so I asked for help on where I should add the paper to the package. He told me I needed to go back to school to get educated because I asked for help. I was really kind about asking and I did not appreciate that comment as I have gone to other UPS in the past and never received a negative response asking for help. I am not one to post negative reviews only positive ones but I don't think that was a necessary comment from the UPS employee. This was the Rutherford location in Vaughan.

Great customer service I was even helped to seal the box gentlemen has a great vibe almost didn’t want to leave! 10/10 keep it up!

Very poor customer service. Declines to Speak, offers no help and they charge for everything. I've been to multiple UPS stores and this is the worst customer service out there.

I had a package from Amazon to return for FREE, but Nadeem Sheikh choose to charge me $3.40 for two pieces of paper that he printed for me.

Incredible service. Sent a package with return service to Washington and back on Wednesday and received the package already the following Monday! Used the store again to shop a package to Europe and it was some promptly. Amazing and professional operations and personnel!

Last minute saved my passport from being shipped to the wrong address and potentially lost. Great and professional staff.

I don't know if you have all noticed but the state of customer service across all business sectors has deteriorated incredibly fast in the last two years. Everything is an ordeal. No one friendly and in my experience I cringe every time I have to interact with any customer service rep. Gone are the time where you call or show up for service and the customer service rep is exceptional. This was the case with Heena and the UPS Store at Jane and Rutherford Rd. Went in. Dropped off an item that needed packaging and was unsure if they had packaging in the first place. To my surprise, everything was easy. Heena managed it all. I just paid for the packaging and the courier service. All this with a friendly and helpful attitude. Needless to say I was shocked. Thank you.

The old south Asian male is a piece of work. Major attitude. I'd rather use Purolator. Nicer employees. They ave the tech to help you out at the counter if any issues. May be it's just UPS location on Rutherford rd/Jane st which is operated by this crusty old man.
