Been coming here for years and the store just gets better and better. Recently requested some prints for some board game files and everything looks amazing! The colours look so good and I'm glad I chose here to get the prints done. The staff is always helpful and they do a wonderful job every time. Will continue to come here for all my printing needs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee working on Monday at 4pm was completely unprofessional, rude and ripped up my printed documents. Worst customer service

I went there to take my son’s passport picture and the young lady at UPS was super nice and patient, even though my son screamed whole time. I really appreciate her kindness and can’t thank her enough.

The guy is very nice. I was able to open a PO box without a utility bill (which is required in a Canada Post office) which is very useful for a new resident.

With the help of this amazing UPS store and location, I have been able (since Feb 2020) to successfully print: save the dates, bridal shower invites, two different wedding invites (after splitting my Covid wedding in half), wedding menus and thank you cards, and recent baby announcements, Father’s Day gifts, and fake concert tickets. This staff feels like a second family and always ask me about my wedding/pregnancy/new baby, and always give great feedback and suggested changes before printing my items! They are super fast, friendly, and reliable! Thank you guys for everything! I’ll see you again soon!

Been getting my art printed here for a while and both the quality of the prints and customer service is fantastic. They get the job done so quickly, and the staff are so sweet and friendly. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality print job.

My customer experience here was a positive one! I went here to send a package to British Columbia for Christmas. They were professional and gave me my options on how I could send my package over without pressuring me to choose the most expensive one or one that would benefit them.
In addition, I incorrectly filled out the address (forgot the unit number) on where the package was going. When I had returned, they did not pose any blame onto my mistake, but simply fixed it and were very patient as I imagine they are very busy for the holidays.
Very sincere employees at this location!

I come here every day for shipping labels and materials (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) They are excellent to deal with, always having my stuff ready to go when I arrive. They go out of their way to help with whatever you need.

This location has such a great team. I had some canvas prints, they are beautiful and what a quick turnaround time!

This UPS Store 14 is a worth-going store for shipping. I have been there twice in February, 2020. The two lady staff members are zealous and knowledgeable. Both times each helped me with everything I needed and explained every detail. Recommend this store to anyone.

Place really deserves all the reviews it gets. We were going to go to a different store because this one was closing soon but waited a day because of the good reviews. Well worth the wait! Matthew took care of everything for us, first time shipping to China. He found us a better rate than what we had, helped pack it and made sure we got all the forms right. Got two 15 cent B&W prints off a USB stick and got dinged for “computer rental”, too, because they don’t have modern machines like Staples which print direct from USB. I know where I’m going next time!

Great location to go to the staff is always helpful and always welcoming. I am doing business with this location for a few months now no matter what time of day I go or how busy the staff are they're always happy to help me. Visited this location to drop off a return and scan some important documents. The staff are friendly and offer assistance and the store is always neat and tiny.
