A client of thus location for the last 3 years today. I have received nothing but the best and most professional service. I truly have a lot of respect for the professionalism of the team here.

I recently went to the UPS store for a digital photo for a visa. The service was very fast, she looked up the photo specifications for the country I was travelling to also. Fast friendly service and a very happy Customer!

Katy and Farhad are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do Shiping and printing, scanning as well. Highly recommended. Thanks

We have noticed a significant quality difference in favour of this print shop compared to larger companies who advertise and which we used in the past, and have been ordering here since. The quality and service are great, and the owners are always willing to work with deadlines and special situations.

I highly recommend The UPS store 85! First of all they gave me amazing customer service. I reached out to them requesting a photo frame prop that I needed printed within 24 hours for a baby shower. They were very quick to respond to my request and assured me it would be ready on time. The quality of the printing was incredible and not only did they print it for me on time but they also assembled it on a foam poster board for me. The manager/owner was very kind and took the time to cut everything out for me and even added extra material at no additional cost just to reinforce it and to make it more durable! All the staff were so friendly! I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location!

These days, it is difficult - if not outright impossible - to find the kind of professional, personal service that the owners offer their customers. They will always be my first choice for courier and printing jobs.

This ups store has done all my printing needs.for my flyers, post cards, business cards! All print needs they take care of me top to bottom. Unbelievable service! Taking care of from top to bottom. I couldn't recommend Farhad more! I don't go anywhere else for print needs then this specific store. I Highly suggest to come here for all your print needs.

L've recently been trained at this store and I couldn't be happier with the results. I learned how to package goods professionally, among other things. Their team, Farhad and Katy, were professional, efficient and provided excellent customer service. The packaging they designed for the customer's product was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Farhad was incredibly helpful when I needed a large print order done in a short amount of time. Not only was he patient with the order and assured me it would get done on time; but, he also took the time to send me templates so my design would be printed out the correct way (within the margins). I also ordered a vinyl pull up banner, which is incredibly beautiful and such great quality. 100% I will only be getting my printing needs done at this store!

The person that helped with with my return items to Amazon was so incredibly helpful and patient. She explained everything to me to make sure the items went back with the correct tracking numbers (I had two of the same items). She reprinted the correct one for me and helped me with the whole process. I had a wonderful experience dealing with the UPS store. The person was a pleasure to deal with.
