Very Unprofessional service wont recommend anybody to go this location. How can someone write the senders address and recievers address same with different postal codes. Due which my packagae got delayed for 2 weeks. Very rude and unprofessional

I would not recommend using this UPS location. Terrible service. Prices to send packages are much higher at this location than other locations in this city. Do not waste your time going to this location.

She charge photo copy 2.10$ when I drop off even some time she charge me for tap if put label on box. I feel they are not serious to business. Very bad costmer service

The customer service was very nice! This is most popular ups point in london and has huge parking lot.

This is a very busy store. Today, I observed the staff member Janu working with so many people. She was working alone. She was friendly, kind, efficient, patient and she listens. When I got to the counter I only needed a box. She helped me and I gave her a $20 tip. In a world where it’s easy to complain, let’s all compliment someone like Janu who is amazing at her job. I love this store. It’s busy because of people like Janu.
