The UPS Store

Rude, awful service. I was looking for help shipping a painting, and the two men there were making everything difficult and did not seem like they wanted to help. All I requested was a box and rate for the shipment, and they kept rolling their eyes and groaning at the work. I just left in the end.

Dropped off a package today. Ankit (says he is the manager) was working; after he scanned the package I asked for a receipt. He said no. I said “really? ! I dropped off a package yesterday at a different location and they gave me a receipt, so I would like one please. ” He again said “no their site chooses not to provide them and he will not give me one. ” I again (3rd time) said “please give me a receipt I am asking you for one” - and pointed to the black box the receipts are printed from. He again said no. I then said I would like a photo of the computer screen proving the package had been scanned at this location. He refused again. I went to my car and my husband went inside - He didn’t even ask for the receipt and Ankit just passed it to him. We went back in the store and I asked why he didn’t give me the receipt when I asked but you gave it to my husband? He yelled “I am not your servant” - (this is his job… to give a customer a receipt when they ask for one) - full on gender discrimination not giving me a receipt when asked but giving one to my husband. I had a lovely experience at Alliance Blvd.location - I recommend you take your business there.

Would not stand by the passport photo they botched for my infant. It was denied and they would not retake it. I even spoke to someone on the phone ahead of going and they told me it would not be an issue at all.

Absolutely pleasure coming here for assistance with shipping a very large Amazon return. The gentleman there helped me with packing and taking care of everything as I had a baby with me and required some support with this large shipment.

Had a great experience at the store. The new owner is kind, helps and talks to customers coming in. I had to drop off some returns and take some prints which was well taken care of by them. Would go back again for next job!

What a great team at this location. They put my calendar on a rush since i came in last minute and got the job done with much effort. Love my costume calendar and the employees were extremely helpful trying to make it come out perfectly.

Refused to take a package although properly sealed because it was too small and the drivers there as the man explained just throw it in the truck and will loose it so I have to buy a big box or try another ups. Took it to another one and no issues at all. Poor service at this location

If zero was an option it would be negative. UPS has now broken two packages, and the third one they say was refused by the customer when it was delivered outside store hours.so no one was able to refuse it yet that's what they wrote. Instead of them rerouting to fix the problem they told me to call distribution centers and do it myself.instead of them, the employees, do their job to fix it. They them explained there was no information on the packaged in which there was address, and a arcade to scan for all the information. When I explained if there was no information for the package, how could they get it delivered to the person for them to refuse it. This means one of two things, it never left their distribution center, or the workers are extremely lazy and refuse to actually deliver any goods screwing small businesses out of shipping costs

ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GO LOWER.
This place is laughable and COMPLETELY unprofessional. It used to be a solid service provider until another franchisee took it over.

I went in on September 28,2023, to drop off packages to be shipped. The guy was sitting at a desk five feet from the counter and told me to leave the package he would scan it in later. I explained I needed a tracking number - he said he was "very much tired" and would do it later. I left laughing at the absurdity that he was working and couldn't be bothered helping a CUSTOMER, the reason for him working in the first place. Then, I returned to discuss the issue with the owner/manager. He was upstairs and the "tired" employee shouted up to the person and said something in another language. The "manager" said "tell him to leave his phone number, I am too busy". I mentioned I would call head office, the manager chased me to my car trying to discuss the issue.

DO NOT USE THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK "TIRED" EMPLOYEES LOSING YOUR PACKAGE, OR BEING TREATED UNPROFESSIONALLY. NEVER AGAIN.

I work in the plaza where they are located. A parcel had been delivered in error to them on Tuesday - finally on Friday when I tracked my parcel it showed that it had been delievered to them 3 1/2 days earlier. I went down to get it and was told by the one employee working that he had a warehouse of parcels and had no idea if it was there. I asked if they don't have a system to know what parcels were there, since this is what their business does is receive parcels? I asked if the person who had accepted my parcel was there and I was told that he was the owner and was upstairs and wouldn't come down because he was 'on his lunch'. I was finally told to "call customer service" which I did and filed a complaint immediately as now my parcel, that they had signed for, was there but they refused to look for it. Eventually a second person from our business went down, was told the same thing, but our employee finally just started going through parcels himself until he located ours- all while the UPS employee and the "boss" upstairs were speaking back and forth in whatever language they were speaking so we couldn't understand what the conversation was. DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE - honestly, the way they treat their customers is disrespectful and apparently they have no idea how to run this business. The other UPS stores aren't far away - make the trip to find them - you'll be happy you didn't have to step foot in this business!

The staff are always so professional, polite and willing to help. Always go the extra mile and give A+ service. If it were up to me, I would always deal with this store vs other couriers.

I used the services at the commerce drive UPS location for the first time today & the staff was friendly & prompt with their services
I was getting obituary cards printed for my sons recent tragic death & the staff asked me who the young man (20 years old) was in the obituary photo & as I told them while tears began to steam down my face they immediately apologized & gave their condolences
When I went to pull out my debit card to pay they immediately declined & said no the cost was free of charge & on them!
I cried even harder due to Their compassion & kindness!
I tried to get them to accept my payment but they refused
Such a kind couple of gentlemen in that store

I contacted this store to ask if they could scan plotter sized drawings and was assured they could. I was charged $15 per scan (2 total for a charge of $33) and they were extremely poor quality. Please use a store with a plotter that properly scans documents. I also believe I was overcharged, Staples charged me 20 total for five documents of the same size.

I would just like to complement the staff at this location. They are always polite and very helpful. If they see me struggling trying to get a parcel in, they'll run right out to help me. Thank you to all of you

Every time I go here someone is always eager to help tape everything together and figure out the packaging for me without me even having to ask. It is nothing like going to the other competitors where they basically don’t want to help at all. Would always choose UPS when possible.

I recently visited THE UPS STORE #16 and I was extremely impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the staff. The printing services were top-notch, especially with the help of staff member Sahil who assisted me with my custom printing needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I received exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my printing needs in the future. Highly recommend THE UPS STORE #16 for their exceptional service and talented staff!

Excellent service is helping me ship DHL to Germany. Been back a couple times including shredding and they carried my boxes in.
