Amazing service! I was returning a laptop for an exchange and they boxed and packaged it all up for me on the spot for super cheap. In and out in three minutes. Staff were really friendly too.

This is my favourite UPS store in London. I have only been here to print or bind on rare occasions. Alice has been very professional, respectful, efficient, wise, and extremely solution oriented every time I visited. I sincerely appreciate her. UPS is lucky to have her.

Bad reviews left on here are just people who have no idea how the store runs this store has nothing to do with the courier company itself it is an individually owned franchise

I had a terrible experience at this UPS location. I am moving to the US and shipping some of my personal goods to my new address from Canada. The store owner insisted that I use a specific form (that was not required) and required tons of my personal information, while insisting that this would save me hassle on the recieving end. I had to disclose every single item being being sent and I had things in my package that are not able to be shipped through this method. She also left half of the form blank, ultimately leaving my package denied and I am now out 175$ for two small packages that didn’t even get to their destination.

Wish I could leave a lower rating. My girlfriend got a phone online and it was dropped off at this location. The phone was not in the box and it was very apparent there was tampering of the package. When the workers were asked about the empty box they said there was nothing they could do about it. Do not trust this location with valuables.

Very very bad service
Went their to pick up 2 packages which left monday and Tuesday, lady working sd com next time said ok when went their today still not ready to give i means common how hard to give package

Closed for no reason early on mothers day with no warning. Drove all the way there for no reason. I get that you want to go home early for mothers day but this is unacceptable. National businesses should not arbitrarily close early on whatever day they see fit. Mothers day is not even a recognized holiday. I wonder if they will close early for fathers day (I have money on the fact that they wont).

The people there were really nice! Good service! 10/10, would recommend!

Though, I honestly feel really bad for the people there. I keep seeing reviews about the lady being rude, which is most likely because of her voice. So, let me explain real quick. She has something with her throat that makes her talk like that. She's not annoyed, or trying to be rude. It's just how her voice is, it's not her fault.
I've talked to her a few times, and trust me, she's a sweetheart.

Also, you need to take into consideration that sometimes tones and actions do not match feelings. I don't doubt you people are nice, so please try to see this from both perspectives. I know you can get frustrated at how sometimes people act, and that's understandable. There are times in which people are busy, and the best you can do is be patient. It's not that they don't care, it's just that they might be busy, and can't talk/pay attention to you at the moment. And if you're in a rush, then just leave it in the counter if they tell you to. It's their job; they know what they're doing.

Sometimes somebody might seem annoyed, or they might seem like they're being rude, but it's just how their voice is, or how they act. Sometimes somebody might seem rude, but isn't trying to. And who knows? Maybe you looked rude too, and they might have been wary. Once again, you're probably all nice people, but sometimes you might not seem like it. And that's okay! So just try to be reasonable instead of making assumptions, thanks.

I'm amazed this place is still open. I ordered something a while back and eventhough I was home my package wasn't delivered. I had to go to the store and pick it up. It was 25lbs and I live in an apartment. Second time I went to print a poster size PDF and no one there knew how to print it. Now today I went (for the second time with a second notice) to pick up my package. It wasn't there! I also had a duty fee and was told I could only pay it online. I tried to go online and you need to set up an account. What is the point in paying for a delivery service that can't deliver?

Great expert help! I drive in from another town past four other UPS Stores just to use this store because they are so good at what they do. If you are shipping something important go here!

Terrible service from the old lady, she doesn’t answers the phone and when she pick it up she tell you to call the 01 800 instead of helping you and ending the call without if she can help me with something else

Hard to track packages not delivered and lack of communication when I went to the store they said it wasn’t there and when I spoke to someone on the 1800 # They said the package was at the pick up point. I’m not sure where my package is? Still trying to locate it.

NEVER AGAIN! My husband was just charged $41 at the Wonderland store to send a small, light-weight, 4"x4"x4" package to Toronto. When he asked "Alice" if this was the cheapest option, she said YES. He came home furious! We did a little research online (because we typically use Canada Post). The package was sent "expedited" when it could have been shipped "standard. " I would have walked out in favor of doing a little more pricing homework, but he was so shocked in the moment (AND doing me a favor) that he just paid it and left. Well, they got the LAST money out of our family that they will ever see again. All of this after a perfectly pleasant conversation. Shame on you, Alice!
