Very knowledgeable staff, very patient, answered all my questions. Had a very enjoyable experience at this location!

I went there specifically for a parcel to be delivered overnight. I paid $53.xx as compared to less than half the price at post office. Next day, the package is not delivered and she tells me that it was her mistake to give wrong information. The package will be delivered in 2 days to NS. Extremely bad service.

I would like to commend Sarthak (Sam) for delivering superior customer service. My father-in-law ended up in the US without his prescriptions and Sarthak assisted us in packaging the medications and providing the appropriate details so there would be no issues at customs. We were thrilled that the package arrived the next day and Sarthak personally followed up with a phone call. Exceptional customer experience!

I have been using UPS printing services for over 5 years. This store has amazing customer service, they are always helpful and accommodating, even with short notice or rush printing! I highly recommend them! Sam is a pleasure to work with!

I had an absolutely positive experience trying to ship my daughter prescription medication to London, England recently. I was stressed due to the urgency of sending the item coupled with the rules and regulations associated with sending any medications internationally. Sam remained very professional and calm. He called several places to obtain the most accurate information on how to best ship the item and ensuring it would arrive safely and quickly. Sam and his colleague even brought me a bottle of water and kept my spirits up. I would absolutely go to this location in future without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Professional staff at the outlet of 1500 Upper Middle road. I reached like 10 minute after the branch was closed but the staff attended me.

The service was excellent. Sam was very helpful to deal with my package. It was a refund for an store and Sam knew perfectly good how to deal with it.

A seem less process. Brought item to be couriered and they packed it up printed the bill of lading and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The staff are super friendly and offered a personal guarantee that the item would arrive first thing and sure as promised it did! I would highly recommend this store. As an aside my husband was in recently to send his irons in to the fitting store and he received wonderful care as well. Thank you very much. It’s nice to see helpful, smiling faces behind the counter.

The UPS store at 342 Upper Middle and Third Line has an amazing personnel and management. I wish I could rate them 10 out of 5. They are entirely sincere individuals who provide sincere prices and services. You can rely on them completely.

I wholeheartedly advise everyone to use them.

0 stars. Agree with the previous reviews - very unprofessional staff, furthermore - trying to charge you extra by not providing the rates and entering false weight & dimensions information. Staff was insisting on charging UPS Express Service which i didnt need. When I asked for UPS Standard or Expedited, I was told this location doesn't offer that service. My request to show me available rates was declined due to "privacy reasons". The actual weight of the package I wanted to send was 0.182KG or 0.4lb, staff entered 2lbs into the system, which is 0.9KG (5 times over actual wight). Long story short - I was quoted to pay ~$40 for something I paid $14 total, next door. Avoid this place.

If I could give this place a zero, I would! Avoid at all costs. I mailed a package in mid December. The package was a gift, and I paid extra and for insurance for it to be delivered the next day to Hamilton. The package never arrived. The value of goods in the package were significant. I initially felt that UPS was a reputable company, capable of delivering the package. I filed a claim outlining the value of items, along with official receipts. I was assured that I would be refunded for the entire value of the package. 6 weeks after submitting the claim, the useless rep from the store contacted to tell me that they won't refund me because there were commercially packaged food items in the package. I'm certain that the people who run this store steal packages. It wouldn't surprise me. Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere and avoid these clowns! Complete joke!

The best store for all your printing needs. I got my business cards printed and they did a fabulous job.

Poor customer service. I was there for over an hour for a print job of 20 copies. Excuses were given about the cutting press and printer not working instead of taking responsibility. Never coming back.

Both stuff and management at this location (Upper Middle Rd & 3rd Line) provided the absolute worse customer service possible. They are not professional, either they do not have experience or they are simply not willing to help.
I would strongly advise to use a different office for your shipping needs.

The new owners have young staff who have NO clue what they are talking about. I went there with my kids for passport pictures. The customer service person said I could just have the digitals emailed to me. She told me they were accepted. The digital are NOT accepted for adult or child passports. I went back afterwards to ask for the images printed out. She tried to charge me again for the images saying she was only doling out ‘advice’ and didn’t really know if digitals were accepted. It is also very odd to offer it as a service if the passport office does not accept them.

Update: I spoke to the manager who was arrogant and rude. Zero customer service. And note again, it’s under new management. She was unrelentingly on the fact that her employee was doling out unfounded information. The employee blatantly lied. She told me that she had completed her sister’s application electronically with the digital images. I told Service Canada that, and they confirmed that is untrue as they only do it by mail or in person.

Tip: bypass this location and head to the one at Dorval Crossing, where the owner has been around for over 20 years and is a lovely person.

Update: you can get a passport pic for as low as $19 instead of the $49.99 that they charge elsewhere!
