The UPS Store

There seemingly is one delivery service assigned by UPS that refuses to make delivery to an apartment in a large building. This is an ongoing repeated problem. The orders at “dropped off” and are left in an open unsecured area of the building. Available to anyone!
Previous complaints to UPS princess street location have not resolved this problem.
THIS DELIVERY AGENCY SHOULD NOT BE ASSIGNED- and the lazy driver fired.

UPS, one of the worst shipping services, not user friendly, if your package is delivered and if you didn’t receive it, they wont care. Thats one of the main reasons they haven’t even added any links for lost or stolen packages, neither any proof of delivery pics. I lost a very priceless personal belonging with thisUPS, which they dont mind at all, very sad with the service, will never opt again

The absolute worst place to send a package. They intentionally overcharged me and lost a package I sent that was worth over $2100.00. I will never send anything with UPS again. And no need to ask me to call your 1-800 # as I already did and they told me my package is lost.

I had a wonderful experience at UPS while printing and sending off parcels. A lovely worker named Uzair helped me and was pleasant, friendly, and provided exceptional service. I will take all my printing jobs here going forward.

I had my passport picture taken here. It was rejected by Service Canada. The picture was washed out, very little colour in the picture. Service Canada, stated this happens often with the UPS store pictures. UPS Store, Please fix the way you take pictures.

I just walked out with the best service from the workers in there. Very thorough and careful. Really appreciate their service and attention to detail.
