Had to return a pair of shoes to Ugg dropped the parcel asked if they can give me a receipt for the item, I was told to leave it at the counter and they don’t give receipt! Ugg never received the shoes! I called the store and they were like if it was here it would have gone we can’t find anything and can’t help you!
Never ever I would go back there I use other ups the one in king street gave me a receipt for my item… this is outrageous

The service at this UPS store is absolutely wonderful. I required, a number of printing services for my daughter's wedding (seating chart, name cards, table numbers etc.) I was put in touch with Ivory, a graphic designer, who works from this location. Ivory did such a professional, beautiful and thoughtful job on these items. The responsiveness, service and delivery was beyond my expectations. Thank you!

The store staff were amazing returning a huge order item by item and stayed 2 hours after closing to complete the process. It took 3 hours total and they were wonderful and so patient with myself and my two daughters. I would highly recommend using this UPS location!

This UPS store was horrendous they say you need insurance for a package they were paid to pack and was improperly packed and when talking to corporate UPS they say since they are a franchise the refund has to be done with the store and they cant refund us.this store runs a scam run around with refunds that way they don't have to pay you out on anything that they damage due to negligence.this UPS is a scam and suggest going through a corporate UPS instead of this scam franchise one. This issue will be submitted to the better business bureau and will be addressed but everyone should know the unjust services this UPS provides!

I don't trust any mailing services but these ups store services are awesome. You can trust them with your packages and it is worth it.

This location is FULL of racist staff! The manager Elham is racist towards people of colour I would not recommend ANYONE to use this location!

I visited there once and the whole staff were so warm and welcoming that I felt I've been their customer for a long time. I will definitely visit this location again!

So I ended up buying an item from the US and payed like $40-50 on shipping alone, and the items value was labeled as $50 USD. They ended up charging me $43 CAD for import fees! That's literally 2/3 of what I paid for the item not including shipping. This is ridiculous considering when I order through USPS or Canadapost any item under $75 isn't subject to import fees at all. But UPS basically just found any excuse to take my money. I've had another issue like this where they charged me over $170 CAD for an item and then delivered it before I even payed, cause I wasn't sure I wanted to even accept the item for that much. They really need to get there stuff together and start caring about their customers experience

Outstanding service and care from the team working at #54 UPS store. They were thoughtful and very helpful in shipping many packages for us.

Never go to this store for passport photos! I got the application rejected because of the bad photos taken there! Waste of time and money

Extravagant charges for cutting a picture. I got some pictures printed and they cut the edges of the pictures. Costed me 10 dollars for cutting 10 photos. I have been to many ups stores and usually get photos printed in bulk. When I requested here to cut edges of a couple of photos they never charged me anything. This was the first time when I had to pay cutting edge charges, that too without my consent. I did pay but the charge of cutting photos was more than the printing charges.

This store is tiny but mighty. They have way more services available than what meets the eye. I have used this store to make many personal unique gifts for family members on special occasions. I got both a custom calendar and t-shirt design done here. Both were timely and professionally made. I even shipped one of them out! Literally everything can be done here. I have many creative ideas in mind and will arrange to have more of them printed here for sure.

The owner of this location is dishonest and hasn't taken the time to train her staff properly. She charged me over $100 dollars to cancel a mailbox that I never used after a week. Her staff told me it would be $15 to cancel. Avoid this place at all costs! Karma will catch up with her!

I entered UPS STORE confused and not knowing what or how to achieve my goals and was immediately put at ease by young lady behind counter. She knew exactly what I wanted and how to get it done. BRAVO

Recently had to ship a package and decided to steer clear due to recent reviews. North Oshawa location at Ritson/Taunton was great!

My previous experience at this location as well: Store rep waved his hand yelling “we’re closed” one time I arrived 5-minutes after the closing time. Yes, it was after the clock but I could see rep inside still working on something and the interaction could have been handled better.

I came to them, after the shoddy and discourteous service I received from Staples in Oshawa. Was served promptly and charged honestly and they did a good job. I strongly recommend them!

Great service, very knowledgeable with products and service. Don't understand the negative reviews. I think these people just don't understand basic business practices and policies.

Seriously just save yourself the time and go to different location. The lady behind the counter clearly had no idea how to do her job properly, giving us wrong information, literally not even aware of the policies on the UPS website. Our package clealy stated "THIS SIDE UP" yet she continued to put the shipping label on the side upside down, while turing it every which way, and then claimed there was no way to give us a receipt. The list of issues I had goes on and on, so just don't even bother to waste your time here. I ended up leaving and going to the north Oshawa location and had amazing service.

Not this UPS store but in general. I never received my pagage and left me out side for days and got burnt because they would not phone me on arrival. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Normally don't post reviews but I had to for this - worst customer service I've probably ever had. I've gone multiple times for years and every single rep I spoke with was condescending and rude. Try and avoid this place if possible.

I came to pick up a package, they say that they close at 6: 30, I was there at 6: 30 and few seconds and they were standing in the store at lights in and everything, I asked them if I can pick up a package in this freezing weather and she told me “come back tomorrow”
Well, o know you are officially closed few seconds before, but since you opened up the door for me you could’ve given me the package and understand my trouble to come all the way to your store

DHL and the UPS website indicates you can drop off packages for DHL pickup at this specific store. This is not true. Don't waste your time.

I went to drop in a prepaid package. The staff had no idea what to do it with. The address and prepaid stamp was on it and the agent kept on going back to check if she can sent it out. I explained it to her that if she can look at the package, the stamp and the address is on there. Even after that they kept insisting that the box be sent via Canada post and not ups. We received it through ups too.
Horrible service, lack of information, zero customer support.

This place is useless and makes unilateral decisions on customers behalf without informing them. I hope people read this and take note and try the local Fedex or someplace else. UPS please suspend this locations right to represent your good name. Best of luck to all future customers.

30 minutes before I have to leave for a presentation when an idea strikes me last minute. No problem for Dennis as he was able to bring my idea to reality while serving his guests. Armad & Dennis continue to benefit the growth of businesses.

Very rude customer service first thing in the morning. I hope I never have to deal with someone so snarky and unhelpful at this location again. First of all the driver didnt leave a slip saying he even showed up at my house. Then the experience at this location started my day off in the worst way. I had my tracking number so this should have been quick and simple. But this person wasted my time and seemed incompetent from the start. Maybe UPS should provide their employees with free coffee to get them in the mood to deal with customers. I hate dealing with this company! Ugh!

Awesome customer service. Prices were incredibly cheap scanning and faxing done Right. While I. Waited. I noticed they do So Much more. I'll be back. For. My. Printing needs.

Helpful and friendly staff. It was disappointing though for me not to get what I paid for. I asked for single copies but when I got home I found that the copies were double sided. The fact that I was specific about my request yet got something, this doesn't sit well with me.

Slow, Inefficient, Prone to Errors: Please ensure that you have the time, patience, and discerning eyes when shipping with this particular UPS. The lineup was at the front of the store at 14: 00 on a Monday afternoon; front desk clerk, Armad, is extremely unprofessional-eating with one hand while inputting the shipment particulars on the computer with the other; and inexcusably, the shipping label created had too many errors you'd start to wonder if he needs his eyes checked. Not to mention, the overall setup and cleanliness (or lack thereof) of a business is unacceptable. Please take your business elsewhere.

Worse customer service experience, long wait, unprofessional, extremely poor package management. How many busy season have you experienced to learn better managing customer's package? Everything is just everywhere, and kicking others package in front of your customer! The post office is 1000x times better on managing customer's package and serve its customer.

Awesome customer service, I just found out that they offer faxing services and I am delighted! The wait wasn’t too bad either and the male worker made conversation easy during my wait. Will definitely be using this service again!
