I never had an experience like this. We have been referral to this store to have photocopys made. Unfortunately very disappointed. To copy 20 page from a book. They charge 10 dollars for labour (labber
on the invoice) charges. Not only we have to turn the pages and loaded book each time. All she did was
press copy button. And we have to tell her what to do. It's a prity to have to make money in such a deceptive manner.

Poor service, unprofessional, and argumentative owner. Would not accept an returning Amazon package, because it was not packed up in a bag. He kept saying that Amazon is not our boss. I don't understand how we are suppose to pack it up when UPS is suppose to enclose it in the bag and seal it with the slip that I provided. I suggest this location read up on what the proper procedure is and not argue with customers who are only following directions.

According to a simple search: "You can also drop your items at The UPS Store. When selecting the method for returning your Amazon purchase, choose The UPS Store Dropoff. You don't need to have your items boxed or labeled with this method. Instead, The UPS Store will pack, label and ship your return for free". Jun 8,2023

I have been visiting this UPS store for last 3 years and it always provided me with the best services such as Passport photos with very reasonable price, shipping packages. The stuff there are very friendly as well as very helpful.

My family and I had our photos taken in this location for our Citizenship. We had an excellent experience with Shima & Ben, they greeted us with a smile and are very accommodating. Ben took not only 2 but 6 different photo shots from each of us for more variety of options, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was processed efficiently, quickly and correctly. I will definitely recommend this location. Very friendly staff.

Awful experience, called ahead, confirmed everything. The lady that works here with the short blonde hair is aggressive, doesn't let people speak. Lots of people in the store smiling at me and rolling their eyes when listening to the way she speaks. Called another relocation about a block south, heading there. Much more reasonable, and respectful. This location (at least this lady) is a big hassle to deal with.

Example

She said several times out your address here and the receiver address here. I'm the receiver. She didn't even understand the difference between receiver and sender. Her issue is she doesn't listen, if she just let people talk and not assume she knows everything it would have been a much easier experience.

Got my passport picture here for Iran. They were knowledgeable and knew the requirements.

Definitely recommend them.

I have been there for 2 times just want pick up my package. The staff said the name is not match with my ID even if they know is my package but they can not give it to me and ask me to bring the government documents to prove it. So I bring my another documents and I said I have heart disease and need Chinese medicine which is in the package but the staff said their system is more important and there is no way for me to call customer service and tell me to stop going to the store or they will call the police. It's ridiculous I've never had any problems picking up packages in other UPS stores before, I have documents to prove myself, but the staff here is just too rude.

The best UPS ever for passport photos you can take as many as you want and he will fix it up for you and you get to chose between so many pictures

Slow and terrible service.

I came and waited in line to drop off a package. There were 2 UPS employees: one at the front desk and another by the photocopier. Both employees were assisting a customer each as I came in, however both acknowledged me by making eye contact. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, the employee assisting at the photocopier turns around to tell me that today (September 30) is a holiday and they aren’t accepting packages given that no trucks will be coming to pick them up. It was only then when the front desk employee tells me to come back tomorrow… There was no sign indicating that nor did anyone bother to tell me when I came in. It would have only taken 2 seconds to tell me that, but instead I wasted my time and now will have to make another visit to UPS.

The service here is always terrible, especially the old guy. Best case scenario I spend 3x as long as I should on whatever it is I'm doing here. Don't bother calling first if you have a question, as others have expressed they just say any random thing on the phone and the experience when you get there it's like your phone call never happened.

I always go to this location rather than the one near me (yonge and 16th) because the staff are nice and are always smiling even though they are busy.

Came in to ask some questions about my package and how to pay duties as the online system has me repeating the same steps. They looked at me like I had two heads and gave me a 1 800 number to call. Basically ignored me and couldn't be bothered because of the one other customer there. Wish I could rate zero because thats how much they cared.

I told the staff over the phone that I need to take passport photo from my three-month old baby, he told me that he could do that. Later, on the same day, I went to the store, waited for around half-an hour in line, explained to him that I am the guy who called you earlier and have brought my three-month baby for passport photo. He told me that he would do that as soon as he got free and recommended me to wait in my car until would call me in. After more than half-an-hour waiting in my car (parked right in front of the storefront on the same spot shown to him) I got back to the store and noticed that he is taking passport photos from other customers who never was there when I was in line! Don't believe his words (a tall guy with middle eastern ethnicity) he easily ignores you!

Drop off package return to apple. Package wasn’t scan and was taken by the staff. Be careful if need to use UPS make sure see them scan it otherwise you will take the loss

I just had to drop off two packages, one small and one large (around 40lbs). I didn't get any hassle from the person working there. All he asked was that I leave the large package outside their door, which I had no problem doing. If I have to drop off more packages in the future, I will most likely come back here again as it is close for me.

Not a "real" UPS store. When I had problems with the shipment, UPS customer service told me that there were limits to what they could do to help me because I went to this store. Turns out they also reduced my service level by checking the "Saver" option without asking me - which I've been told they probably charged me for the premium service and then downgraded me so that the store makes more profit. Net: Go somewhere else! They took my money, didn't deliver and it took me a heck of a fight to get the refund (they would only refund me after UPS head office sent them a refund.)

Great experience, helpful and courteous staff. Gave me sticky tape and explained how to pack international packages with an enclosed customs declaration. Not sure about other reviews, haven’t had any issues with this store.

Brought a package to return to amazon at this store but was rejected because the package was over the size limit at this store, which is 10 inches or so that is what I was told.

I also saw other items at the store over 10 inches but I was not going to argue.

I proceeded to contact corporate and 3 other UPS stores in the area, where ALL of them confirmed that there is no such store policy.

If your store is at capacity or not safe to store additional packages, please communicate to customers accordingly. Do not make up store policies and state that it applies to all UPS stores, that is not acceptable and frowned upon amongst other UPS franchisees.

I didn’t appreciate the man at the counter who seemed very unbothered by people waiting for him to acknowledge them

Terrible service for the cost
You can go to Canada Post and get just as bad of a customer service for a fraction of the cost

You should not have line ups at all when you have three staff members working a tiny location.none of them were bothered by customers waiting to be served and continued on with their own agenda. Thankfully I have a choice and won’t come back here

The UPS store has always been solid for me. Even in the face of a global Pandemic they have been reliable. Dealing with the issues I have with other companies, the UPS post has made me all that much more grateful to have a great delivery organization. Thank you to all your essential employees during this time and for the fantastic service!

Spent 45 minutes here to send a package to the US. The staff appear to be new to computers, often spending 5-10 minutes typing an address onto a shipping label.

Worst of all: these guys cannot multi-task, be prepared to wait as they jump endlessly between customer queries.

Unless you’ve got 2-3 hours to spare, I’d highly recommend trying another UPS store.

The store owner (husband) was rude when I was trying to show him IDs & official documents (my hands were full, he didn't want to see what I was trying to show him on my phone and in my hands). I was picking up a package for my fiancee and brought her passport, my driver's license, our house purchase agreement (new address) and current gov't property tax letter (all showing both of our names & the exact same address, because the package name was an English name & was different to her passport), & the UPS shipping label/receipt the seller sent her. This fully adheres to the UPS' ID requirements on their website (requires last name to match, plus a bill showing the same address). In fact, I brought more than enough IDs & docs. However, they turned me down and the UPS person they called also rejected these IDs and gov't docs that I brought. The UPS person they called didn't want to talk to me even though the owner was trying to get her to talk to me (owner had trouble illustrating the situation due to language barrier). The UPS person on the phone was also rude and didn't want to listen to me. Instead, she kept saying this is not our requirement. I never had such a problem with UPS or any other carriers before. It was embarrassing and I was in a rush to go back for a web conference. It's amazing how none of them (including the UPS person they called) know the UPS requirements. I looked up the requirements again on UPS and I'm definitely going to file a complaint.
UPDATE: went back to the store to show the owners the official UPS ID requirements on their website and finally got the package. No apologies from the owners, just excuses. Also called UPS customer service to file a complaint towards the UPS call centre lady.

I wanted to share my positive experiences at this UPS Store in the Richmond Heights Plaza. First and foremost, the owners are extremely pleasant and the customer service is excellent. I do quite a bit of printing here, and I should add that their printing equipment is excellent - both B&W and colour. Moreover, the store is well equipped to meet my shipping needs and other business service needs.

Ben and Maggie, the new owners are great. They worked hard to renovate and make this UPS store the best in the region. They care about their customers and always make you feel that you are important.

The service provided at this location is excellent! The new management team does a wonderful job at providing high quality customer service on an individual basis, while also multitasking to meet the varying demands of multiple customers all at once. I am very pleased with the service provided at The UPS Store # 22.

I was there to print a document using my flash memory, around 10 pages. The UPS guy in the store charged me additional $2 bcz I used the store's PC to send my document to their printer (took less than 2 minutes). I argued with him and declined to pay that additional fee and eventually he accepted with an attitude.

The point is that he charges everyone with an additional fee. I was lucky that I checked the receipt and found about his scam. It never happened to me in any of the UPS stores when I used my flash memory to print papers.

The guy spoke to me in broken English and was not even capable of sending my doc to the printer himself. He asked me to use the PC there and send it to the printer by myself as he was not capable of doing that (which was no brain surgery!)

Cannot be trusted with your valuable and time-sensitive shipments. I was promised next-day DHL delivery and I paid premium fee. Instead, the package was picked up late at night by the DHL truck and my estimated delivery date was set in two business days. Disgusting!

Got a pick up notice at my door, only got time to pick it up after 2 days. Went into the store, the owner told me my package isn't there and is in transit. Told me it was first picked up by another customer with the same first name as me but that person told them is not theirs. They decided to send it back to the sender because they believe name and address were incorrect. This store should not be a drop off or pick up UPS access point. They do not take ownership of their service and tend to not hold any packages more than a day. I needed this package for this weekend, now the item that i ordered will be no used when i receive it in the future. I would AVOID this UPS at all cost.
