What a consistent, splendid, and lasting experience!

Over the last few years, my respect and fascination for this particular store have grown exponentially! The primary reason for that is one of the employees named Monica.

Her professionalism, creativity, and care allowed me to develop and foster my coin collection significantly! Monica is a mastermind behind multiple organizational solutions and decorations for my collection. She created a couple of witty and customized e-documents, enabling me to print unique symbols and images easily and cost-effectively.

Without her precious input, I do not know what I would do=)

I don't appreciate the lady's attitude. She was very unfriendly and judgmental. I asked if there's a separate line for printing but she replied like I meant to break into the line. Also she already printed the paper even before telling me to go to the counter and when she said the price I didn't want it anymore but she was all over the place throwing my paper aggressively to the bin like it was my fault and guess what it was a single page not even a big damage to their business.

The staff at this UPS store - 4936 Yonge street are amazing. They are very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had some issues with my packages/documents and the staff helps to quickly resolve the issue or at the very least help me find updates to their status. I would always come to this store for any shipping needs as I trust them. I also use their other services such as shredding and printing.

Very kind, professional and attentive. They paid attention to my photo requirements and made sure I like it. I think their prices are fair and I will do business with them in the future.

Good store to get all of your printing needs. I have come here many times to get my documents printed and it is very easy to do. Send by email and it's ready for print. Prices are fair here and the staff is always professional and attentive.

Adam has been great, today is my second time visiting the store, he immideiately gave me the best option for me worked to make my shipment worked.

He took time to explain every option, the cost and timeframes.

I am saving over a 100 dollars, by just visiting the store, getting informed with my options and choosing the right delivery package for me.

This store isnt just a UPS forwarder, this store is the best service UPS can possibly provide. So UPS, you better go to the shop and learn and adopt it to your own brand.

The guy that works here, he is planely rude, makes you feel completely unwelcomed anytime I go to drop off an item, why does he gotta be so grumpy? 0 service!

I reached out to this UPS store after a failed same day delivery with Staples. Despite being close to closing time, Monica at this location assured me they would get the printing job I needed done in time for my meeting the next day. She communicated with me easily, and followed up by email to ensure my request was fulfilled in a matter of hours. This took so much stress off my plate, eased my mind and got me out of a tough jam! The work was also done well and right to specification. I can’t recommend her and this store enough and I hope they are acknowledged for their top performance here. 10/10!

I like the concept of the store, One stop Shop for everything. I used Mailbox rental and found that store offers a real street address not a P. O. Box which helps my business run from home 24/7. I also used printing and copying services at this location multiple times and found staffs and owner very helpful and professional.

The worst UPS store I have ever been too! I would not even give one star for their customer service, very rude behaviour!

First time visiting this UPS store and Monica was amazing. She was extremely helpful from on the phone all the way to when I was in the store getting my package sent out. The whole system is obsolete. It takes a handwriting from customer and hand typing from the agent. Lots of time could have been saved in case some ocr functionality was introduced.

With all respec, they provide me wrong information for 3 weeks about my packages. My issues was not delaying for 3 weeks. I had problem with wrong information that they told me and I gave those information to person who was waiting to receive medications. I followed my tracks number but they told me your packages already is in destination, don't worry!

Awesome store, owner/manager is very helpful and kind towards customers. I have used the services many times and faced no issues. Would recommend this store for its services offered

Monica really gets this customer service lark. Very friendly and helpful - it's amazing how good service and a smile (I'm sure there was one, even though she wore a mask) can make a brief encounter a memorable one.

I needed to return some items to Amazon. I usually go to CP but since I needed a printer, I tried UPS. The process was so easy, and the associate was so patient and professional, I will always come here now.

I had 2 boxes needed to be shipped and the first time.going to this location, they did not attach the lables on boxes properly so one of them was sent back to me after 12 days, I went to the store to talk to them about the issue and store manager refused to help saying, YIU DIDN'T PAY US YOU PAID UPS, but sorry you are the manager of a UPS store which I sent the boxes with, very irresponsible and unprofessional

I have been working for dhl since years and there are some best of the best customers that we have as a ups stores.this ups at 4936 yonge st is one of them.
I have seen, People who works in it they're always busy with their clients and give them their best service with super quality.
I hope they get the best business from all around the places.

In this store, I listened to acquaintances who are familiar with the mail-related business and various printing-related problems, and went to solve the university-related work. Their printing cost is not very high, but the processing speed is very fast and the quality is clean compared to other print shops I have visited.

I highly recommend the store's excellent service. I made an order for 50 packages and it was completed in few hours. Amber's service impressed me and I will come back again when need a delivery.

I went there more than couple times. Always same girl at the front desk, always smiling. Never lets me wrap my package. "I got this, let me get your receipt. "

I've been to several UPS stores around the city, but none of them match the customer centric approach that Adam and his team (Monica and Amber), who are all very knowledgeable and wonderful bring to the table. Their printing costs are the best I've seen from any UPS, and its just a pleasant experience dealing with them. This was my goto spot for all my prints/binding/mailings. I've realised how uniquely awesome they are after moving to Burlington and dealing with other UPS stores. Adam's UPS, best in the city by far.

I went there couple of times and all of them was pleasant and respectful, that’s all you need from a local postal service office.

They also provide printing, international fax and package as much as I know.
Please keep it in mind to get insurance for valuable items.

I have used their service including courier service and copying and printing. They are very nice people providing great service. I will go back again for sure.

Excellent service and interactive staff. The store is nearby and easily noticeable from the main road.

Just amazing people who are patient and willing to help with packaging etc. Monica was extremely helpful for helping me with my shipment to my brother to Hong Kong. As i walked in i was greeted with a friendly representative asking me how he can serve me. My parcel was processed swiftly and i was given a tracking number so i could get going on my way.

I really enjoyed my experience there. Not only is there quick service, the workers are really nice! (especially Monica)

Amazing customer service at this location. Can't believe they are 98.3% full with their mailboxes! The staff are friendly and greet you right when you walk in. Quick and efficient service. 6 stars for you!

Fantastic service. This is the second time in less then two weeks I've used this particular location first time to pick up package and print over 100 colour copies the follow up for status on copies was much appreciated the second time was to send a package back, I came in without the package being taped correctly I asked for tape and the girl working send no problem I will tape up! I usually use a competitor but with two positive experiences both visits I think I will use UPS more often. Keep up the great work.

I usually visit several UPS stores quite often for work, but mostly 2 UPS stores, one near my home and the other one near the office the most, but I prefer to visit this store #63 near home because every staff in this store is kind, professional, and the service is super fast compare to other locations! Appreciated for their excellent service!

I picked my courier from this store and the response of the people in the store was good. I called the store before going there to pick up my courier and their representative was so helpful with all the information provided to reach the store to pick up the courier.

Outstanding, professional service. This is the only place I trust to ship valuable items. Each person provides great customer service and they work well as a team.

I went in on a busy Saturday morning and there was one woman working. She was extremely kind, fast and efficient, working through the line. She was able to multi-task well and get to each customer as quickly as possible. It’s a great location with lots of services.

I was there for my Pictures print Today and there Is a very smart and beautiful girl her Name is Monica she is so eager to help to the customers and so nice and kind she help me to print my pictures and paper works very easy way and quick service so guys if you are looking for Good and quick costumer service, I Highly recommend to visit this place for any of your documentation! I've been here a few times, and there is a woman who works there most of the time. Every time I encountered her she has been incredibly rude.
Today unfortunately I had made a mistake, and instead of simply correcting me or helping me in any way she began mocking me and spoke to me in a very condescending manner. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and I will be actively avoiding the use of any Ups service in the future from this point forward.

I was dropping off a UPS package but also left behind another package intended to ship with Canada Post in the store by mistake. I only discovered that more than a week later. It turned out they took extra care to help send my Canada Post package without delay, even it was totally my mistake and out of their responsibility. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The customer service here is really good. I've had interactions with both Monica and Adam, they were both extremely professional and diligent. I would highly recommend using this UPS. It's also really convenient there's parking outside so you don't have to park on the street.

From mailing & packaging to renting PO boxes, these guys are the best. Really enjoy working with Amber and the team. Super friendly and extremely helpful. Worried about asking dumb questions when it comes to shipping? Don't be.they're extremely kind and go the extra mile! Thanks to the UPS #63 team!
