Amazing service provided by Bilal and Sneha. I had 22 boxes of paperwork to be shredded and they even helped me unload the boxes out of my vehicle. The price was also very reasonable. I am happy with my experience with this store.

What a nice guy. So helpful. My visa fell out of my wallet there and he called me to see if it was me who lost it. The only reason he had my number was because we had called 30 min before closing to see if we could get a passport picture done that late.

Had some shredding done on January 05. $17 for rather small amount of shredding. No invoice given.just copy of Visa bill. Was not offered the 50% off promotion that was posted on their internet site so ended up paying full price.
Should have been informed by the agent on duty about the promotion that I was not aware of at the time.

I had a large box to return and when I pulled into the parking lot this morning and was getting the box out of my trunk, this smiling, delightful boy came right out to help me. Customer service at it's best, a rarity these days

I usually send my items c/o another courier service but I needed something to go quickly and the UPS store is right around the corner from me. I went in and stood in line for a few moments and watched the man behind the counter be the most polite, caring, genuine person.to each and every person in front of me. Being in healthcare, I notice customer-service and this man, Vam Askari, is wonderful, friendly and very pleasant. I will bring all my packages from now on to this store on Mountain Grove Avenue! Thank you Vam Askari, you are one-of-a-kind. A true kind human being!

Went in for passport photos for my kid. He was super helpful and patient.he took multiple shots to ensure the photo was perfect and would not get rejected. Great experience.

This is my favorite option for shipping packages. The atmosphere is peaceful and the owner (I assume it's the owner?) is always calm, welcoming, and helpful. Sending packages feels easy with this service and atmosphere.

Came in for a few oversized printouts and in addition to making this a great print they also cut it to size for me without charging me for it.
Friendly and competent and that is the best you can get.

I visited this store for the first time today. The man that picked my package was super sweet. I wasn't expecting a package so I said that I was nervous to open it. He sweetly said "open it here.we can deal with it together". Seriously, how sweet is that? He was such a peaceful man. I needed that after a long work day. (In the end it was stuff that was backordered for so long that I forgot I ordered it.crisis averted)

I went into the UPS store (Guelph Line & Upper Middle Rd) this morning to get my vaccine card laminated. The staff were very polite and helpful. I just had to sit and relax. Good job, well done!

Very accessible by bus or car (with parking).

Came here for passport pics with very active kids (6 y.o and 2 y.o). The lady behind the counter was super patient, friendly and helpful. This might just become our regular UPS location:)

I have been using this service for a few years and the staff have been very helpful. I am not tech savvy, but each and every time I show up I need help. Thank goodness for their willingness, and plesant personalities that I recieved. Their services are excellent.

Used this location for the first time. Was looking to track a lost package. The store owner Vam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable helping me locate my package. It will be my go to UPS store going forward.

This store has one of the best customer relations and personnel. My gratitude goes out to Vam. He was really fantastic. Vam went above and beyond the normal boundaries of work to help ensure the delivery of the envelope. Also want to say Saba was amazing in her assistance with Vam. Great job and amazing service.

One if the best ups now. New ownership care to customers so much. I went there for taking photos for my Id and mostly go there because of shipping my stuff. New owners are most professional and helpful.

I have used this location for several business and personal needs - every experience has been excellent. The new owners are lovely and I appreciate the wide variety of services offered at this easily accessible location.

I had such a bad experience with this store I had to get the police involved to get it resolved. As I don't want any repercussions from this I can't get into details what happened however, BE WARNED that if you have any issues with this store don't just take their word for it, look into it further.

Since a new owner took over customer service.attitude and overall experience is a down a drain. New guy is arrogant and not sure if he has any basic business etiquette skills.

Whenever I go into the store with any last min shipping or concerns everything is always taken care of. Esp in our busy day to day lives I can always trust that all my shipping is sent and on time. The staff is awesome specifically Sarah she is always super nice and courteous.

WoW what phenomenal service! John is amazing! He is so helpful and attentive. The customer ahead of me had a bit of a dilemma but he worked so hard to help her and made sure to let me know he’d be right with me. I watched him interact with a few other customers and he was so very considerate! My shipping label had to be printed but my email wasn’t going through. He troubleshooted and made it happen. Even if I didn’t live close by I would drive across town, his service is that good! True professional!

I went to this location several weeks ago and was blown away at how rude the manager was, similar to the experiences left by the negative reviewers on here. He did not acknowledge me and responded with an extremely rude tone and demeanour when I asked a couple of questions in regards to my parcel. He also didn’t seem pleasant to the elderly couple in front of me. I am very suspicious of all the positive reviews on here and would not be surprised if he asked some family and friends to leave positive reviews. After my experience there, I cannot imagine this man being capable of being pleasant or helpful. Will never go to this location again.

I got VIP service today at this store. The gentlemen help me to bring my boxes to my car even if I told him I could manage. I lost one of my arms a few years back. Call me stubborn If you want but I usually never ask or accept help. It makes me feel belittled. But this guy was so nice that now I'm thinking I should accept help more often. Thanks again

I just got hung up on, after calling to see if they would deliver to a new- build residential area in Alberta. The guy who answered wouldn’t listen to me & kept interrupting me. I couldn’t even get the address out (which I asked him to look up for me)! He wouldn’t look it up, wouldn’t let me finish saying the address & said “I don’t see what the problem is” and then hung up on me! SO RUDE! After reading all the nice reviews for this place and then my first call (and first impression of this store) and this is how I get treated. I will be taking by business elsewhere - thank you very much!

I had a very similar encounter with what sounds like the same man. I went to the store to pick up my package. I had received notification it had arrived at that location at 6: 28 pm the previous day. He was very rude and short and said "it's not here". He barely looked and was very short and acting like it wasn't his problem to deal with. He offered no help or a resolution. I left confused and called customer service. They called him and called me back to tell me it was there the whole time, he just didn't look. He was very short and rude and offered absolutely no help.
