Poor customer service more focused on taking breaks or getting bottled water, ending up with 3 people processing the same transaction! Even misspelled my name on the waybill. This store needs to be reminded that without customers they wouldn't exist so should get their priorities back in order.

Came in to get passport photos, wasted 20 mins of my time getting pictures and then at the end told I was wearing white that they couldn’t use it. You couldn’t tell me this prior to taking the pics? I ended up going to Henry’s and they literally took my pics within 2 mins and I was out the door. Don’t go here for passport pics they are useless with the camera

Best customer service I always go here even it’s a little too far from my place but I love getting my copies, prints, photos and courriers done here. Fast and knowledgeable people working there especially the owner is so sweet.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They took my package and I got told it
Would be shipped within two days, I have paid for express shipment. They lost my package never returned my money. I had to follow up on my package every single day for a month. Such a bad service, never go there.

I needed to print two large posters very last-minute, and they needed about an hour to print. Erin and the other employees were willing to stay a whole hour past closing time to make sure that I get my banner printed in time - at no extra cost! I would absolutely recommend this UPS location, as the employees seem extremely helpful and understanding.

We received 2 sorry we missed you notes for our package that had duties to pay.

My wife works from home and we have two dogs, it is impossible to miss us, so I told my wife to monitor when the dogs get unsettled and check outside when it happens.

Just yesterday the dogs started barking so my wife went downstairs to check outside. There was the UPS delivery person, writing out the sorry we missed you note. Didn’t knock, didn’t ring the doorbell, didn’t do his job at all.

My wife asked him if he rang the doorbell, he stumbled his words obviously trying to cover his laziness and his utter incompetence. “Uh, no, but I knocked. ” He didn’t knock he was just avoiding spending the time to collect the duties for the package.

My roommate, a former UPS employee told me this is a tactic that UPS delivery people use so they can complete their route faster and that the UPS union would protect his job.

After three attempts we would have had to drive over 40 minutes to the UPS facility due to a worker who refuses to do is job or make an actual attempt. Those sorry we missed you notes allow your workers to cheat the system and the union has no interest in holding their workers accountable.

I will never use UPS ever again, if a company uses UPS, I will not buy from them. Full boycott for life.

The owner who’s apparent name is “Sam” charges 70 cents for a small piece of tape. When I told them that was a first, he said not to argue or he’ll kick me out. His worker, but mainly Sam is aggressive. Pretty odd and embarrassing I should say.

My husband and I went into this location to mail a small parcel, the woman working was extremely rude and not helpful at all, (I think we interrupted her conversation with the Canada Post employee) I saw 2 employees working at the counter but when I looked up to ask a question they had both gone to the back of the store even though we were still waiting to mail a parcel, I had already placed my parcel into one of their bags so I had to purchase that, and I am now at Canada Post mailing my parcel. Very rude and un helpful, take your business elsewhere.

An atrocious experience. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but they returned a package to me for not having a form attached (a form I never received and wasn’t told to attach). I drove to this location where they made me fill out the form, then drive back home to try and dig up the shipping label because they couldn’t be bothered to find it and made the first one unusable by putting stickers on it, only to have to drive back a third time to drop it off.

Whoever was working there was most unhelpful and I had to keep prodding her for more information. Super uninterested in communicating in any way.

I really shouldn’t need to drive to your store three times during a pandemic to mail one package.

Very poor customer service at this store came in to drop off a letter for someone who has a box there. I gave the person at the front desk a full name of who I was dropping the letter off for and was told if I didn't have the box number I had to leave the store she was very ride for no apparent reason.

You can visit any customer service company far and wide and never find better customer service than at this UPS location. Erin is always so polite, efficient and so professional. Erin truly cares about her customers. I have been going here for many years and have never been disappointed. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The communication between UPS and their independent UPS stores is nonexistent. I had a parcel sent to the US from this store. This parcel got held up at Customs in Kentucky. After the parcel didn’t arrive on time (paid over $55 for two day shipping) my wife called UPS. After numerous phone calls they tell her that the parcel was released by Customs and ready to be picked up by UPS. After literally hundreds of calls and days on the phone, the package was never delivered. I have returned to Canada and still haven’t received the parcel. This has been going on for over a month. NOW we get a phone call from this UPS Store saying we have to either pay over $58 to have it returned or give permission to have it scrapped. I will Never use this UPS Store or UPS in general ever again. All they ever did was pass us from one rep to another. After awhile all we got from them was lies. This parcel was never picked up at Customs by UPS. All they want is your money and forget about the service.

We have been customers at this site since the 1990s. One small down tck otherwise it has been a well run, tidy shop and Erin has always been top shelf. I plan to keep going there and would recommend the store very highly.

Very unprofessional people. Customer service is non existing. I was charged 10$ more for some made up service I was never charged before when printing documents. Then, there was a mix up about printing.apparently it was my error for not saying double sided, when in the past I had them reprint some documents one sided because they by default printed double sided. So after an argument with their employee, I got 50% off the pages I didn't ask for. Needless to say I won't be using their services ever again.

Awful experience trying to find the package. Trying to pay the CAD. Then finally attending at the store to get the package, employee was rude and dismissive. Not one good thing to say about this company or location.

I went to this store to pick up my package in which there was a parka ordered online. The package's carton box was damaged by UPS's carefree shipment. The original black custom box of parka inside was even damaged too. I had to open the carton box in the store to check the ordered online item was all right or not. After checking the item, I wanted to use their tape to re-seal the damaged carton box in order to handle it. I asked one young lady that can I borrow the tape. She just said all right. So I used their tape, and then one mid-age woman and one old man told me that I need to pay for using the tape. Everything in the store should be paid and nothing is free. If I will not pay, then I will be cheating. How can they say so rude things? UPS caused damaged package that's why I had to open the carton and check item in the store. They charged me 1.5$ to use very little tape. If everything should be charged in the store, why they could not tell me in advance or at least tell me when I asked them if I can borrow the tape. If they can tell me that I will be charged if I want to use the tape. I will go to dollarama which is just beside UPS store. I can use 1.5$ to buy a whole roll of tape. This is the worst UPS store I have met.

I wanted to send a Christmas package worth $83 to the Czech Republic (a winter hat, lego toy and 8 DVDs of our family) ; went to this UPS paid $90.72 for the privilege.

Express Service stated approximately 3 - 4 day; 15 days later my sister emailed and said they wanted $79 to release the package to her in the Czech Republic due to VAT.

On the Parcel Shipping Order document there is a Custom Clearance Waiver window they were supposed to make me initial to call my attention to the fact that 'Duty and Taxes may be assessed to the Consignee by the Customs Office in the country of destination at their own discretion'. I asked why I wasn't asked to initial this - the employee said she didn't know. I said, "I doubt that you didn't know, is this the first time you mailed anything to the CZ? " She didn't answer and by now the man (I guess the manager) came over and said that they don't know what happens to a package once they hand it to DHL carrier, which is something else they failed to mention when I shipped my package.

It was an exercise in futility to try and get an honest and knowledgeable answer from these two rude and untrustworthy people who had the "We don't know", down to a T. I left exasperated, and my sister paid $79, so it ended up costing $179.72 to send my $83 package. Had I known this I would have sent some money to my sis and my nephew instead and waited to send my DVDs with one of my relatives next time they visit CZ.

Best place I have found personally, for shipping. Most competitive prices, staff is outstanding and great everyone equally. Only place I will ship in KW region. They are more then helpful and always go the extra mile.

A self serve kiosk like the ones at McDonald’s would be better. The employees don’t really do anything at all other than say “call customer care”. It’s like calling Walmart to see if they have a bike and than them offering a 1-800 number.

I have used this UPS store for many services such as printing, graphics and mail box. Each time I dealt with Erin and she was always helpful, accommodating and professional. I highly recommend the store.
