Back in December, I dropped off a passport application at this UPS store. On that very day, I received a scam text message with my name and postal code demanding a fee for delivery. I have been receiving mandarin UPS scam calls ever since. I wouldn’t be surprised if the employees at this store leaked my information.

Service is super slow, after 45 minutes, I am still not able to print my paper… Very poor customer service!

Rude staff cant even do their job lazy. Went to print a paper. Took my pendrive. But he insisted email it to store email.
And my phone internet wasnt working. Ups get rid of these kind off stores

Went at 9: 15am to pick up a package and they weren’t open and no one was there despite saying they open at 9am

Can you please update your hours? You have a sign on window that says open at 9am, another with temporary hours, and online here it says you're open at 9am. Heads up to people headed to this UPS location, they open much later. Thanks

Dropped off my pre-paid package here at this store. I asked for a receipt to prove that i dropped it off but the male clerk working there at that time just refused to do so citing the "machine is down". What a bunch of liars.

Usually I don't write reviews. But this store went beyond my expectation. They helped collect my packages from my apartment since I have a few large and heavy boxes and I don't drive. They are also very knowledgeable about customs and have a clear understanding and experience of what need to be done.

It is my first time to use their service. It is a small UPS but with huge serving heart. The manager is responsible and customer oriented. He responded to me very quickly and packed my documents carefully. He double checked everything for me and saved my second trip to Toronto. His service is definately amazing! I am so impressed by his professionalism and will certainly continue to use their service in the future! Highly recommend this store to those who want to experiecne real good service in shipping goods internatinonally.

They were so patient and professional with all my questions, and went above and beyond to help pick up the boxes, fill the forms, and track the shipment. They made my moving much less stressful, so I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who need cross-border shipping services. They are absolutely the best!

3 stars because of the limited hours. Some of us work 9-6 and can’t make it in time for your hours. Other than that they do everything you need.

Friendly and efficient service from this family run UPS store. Our family has used this store for many years - to print larger school projects, things for our volunteer work and for my small business. I just changed from the other companies to UPS. I sent my packages to my family in Europe several times at this location 451 Dundas W. For holiday seasons or any occasions. The guy there “Bernard” he is nice and very helpful. Packed all stuff for me. I can track my packages information and activity where they are. Can see all the process. I was there on Wednesday morning. Now my packages are already at the destination. Take only few days. And the rate here is very reasonable. Highly recommended. Thanks again. Make everyone happy to receive the gifts from me at this pandemic.

I love having a mailbox here to receive personal and business mail and parcels. I like that I don't have to worry about porch pirates or having to go to the courier depots (some are so far!) if I miss my deliveries.

Unbelievably slow service. After all, it's not like you are going to leave without your delivery packages, so why move quickly when you don't have to. Two people working in slow mode.
