I've been to this branch, many times, and twice I have encountered their employee - Augustus. He is very helpful with the customers. The last time, he asisted me in wrapping and labeling my package. UPS, you got 1 great employee there!

I’ve worked with Rommel and have been extremely happy with the products I’ve received. I have often require printed material on short notice and the service from Rommel has always been fast, without compromising on the quality! I used their services for my business. I highly recommend Rommel and his team. His team is very responsive and will keep you informed even if there are any delays in your order. Don't go here if you want any sort of customer service. Jonathon wrapped my parcel in tape without asking me if it was okay. Our business is sustainable and only uses compostable tape - this parcel was going to Vogue Magazine which we paid $80 to express ship and now it looks like garbage. I asked him to please not wrap it any further and he basically said tough luck. He said it would break open using the tape that we put on it; I emphasized that we ship thousands of parcels a month using this (premium) tape and have never had an issue. Seems he thought he knew better than the packaging designer.

Didn't even put any care into making it look half decent (making sure the tape laid flat and didn't wrinkle) after I expressed my concern on it (he wrapped it 2x, once before I noticed, and once after I requested he didn't do it anymore. Absolutely atrocious attitude and customer service.

If I can give Zero, I would give them zero star! I sent a UPS package via assess point service and they demand "pick up fee" for the package. Even though I have paid full shipment fee via UPS. This is simply steal of customer money. I have been using same mail service in past few years and this store is getting more greedy than ever.

If I could give the customer service rep a 0, I would. The kid working there's name is Orest T. I have a broken foot and require surgery this weekend. I purchased a Mac Desktop so I would be able to work from home during my recovery. I currently have a brace and a hands free walking crutch that is EXTREMELY difficult to use (both getting on/ off and to walk). My husband went to pick up my desktop at the UPS store on Appleby and Upper Middle as it's too difficult for me to walk/ get in and out of a car/ put the brace on etc. When he arrived, Orest would not give him the package. He showed him his ID with the same address and refused. He then FaceTimed me and I showed him my ID and he still refused to give my husband the package, laughing in his face, saying he didn't care if I had a broken foot and that I would need to come in and get the package myself. My husband, understandably, got upset. Orest then took the delivery slip back and said neither of us could have it and he would be shipping it back to Apple. My husband asked to speak to the manager, Maurizio. Orest said he wasn't there and he wouldn't care either nor would he do anything.

I had to call UPS Corporate, explain the situation (to which they were appalled and shocked), have them call the store to tell the kid to give my husband the package, to which he still refused, resulting in me having to go to the store myself to pick it up, and he didn't even ask to see my ID. It took a total of 45 minutes for me to get from my house and back (when a normal person, it would take maybe 10 mins). When I went inside, there was a customer there who said "what are you doing here picking something up? ". I explained, as Orest stood behind the counter with a smirk on his face, the man, shocked, couldn't believe it.

I asked Orest if he was happy with the fact that he forced me to come in in the condition I am currently in, to which he replied "I didn't make you do anything. Your husband was rude, so I didn't want to give him the package".

Another customer then helped me out of the store and was equally upset with what she had heard.

This was the most absurd and rude customer service representative I have ever encountered. I have filed a complaint with UPS Corporate and plan on speaking with Maurizio on Tuesday when he is back. I would appreciate something being done about this, because no one should be treated this way, especially people with temporary disabilities. It's rude, obnoxious and discriminatory.

This store is the best in town for printing and courier services. Its staff is diligent, helpful and extremely nice.
