Frank hates people, has anger management issues, and only cares about making money. He flat out told me that while he was busy yelling at me and continuing to talk to himself after I told him to stop telling me off for not knowing how to put the labels on my returns. Based on the amount of customers here saying some derivative of the same awful experience with Frank, he needs to be fired and shouldn’t be working with people. Will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and directing them to all of these Google complaints.

There is a really sketchy guy at the cash desk who made racist & inappropriate comments. I felt very unsafe and will not return.

Owner of the store is extremely condescending and rude. I ship packages very frequently and I'll happily make the drive to the next closest ups store in the future. I'd avoid this store!

These guys are the best. Always a fun visit with lots of banter. Other locations could learn alot from this owner. Very efficient business with great customer service.

Owner of this store is aggressively rude for no reason and his first instinct is to yell at customers. I left without shipping my package and will go out of my way to go to a different store. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and this man should not be working with customers.

Quite possibly the worst UPS store location regarding customer service. The Franchisee is so arrogant and condescending its disgusting. If this was a small business I guarantee they wouldn't last long, the only reason they survive is the name UPS.

While my partner was inside this location, the man with long curly hair said he was going to kill a small asian woman who was mailing out "too many packages" and then told my partner that he was going to help kill her. The staff should be behind bars, not serving the public.

I rarely write reviews but every time I come to this location they are either late or rude. Also had a women almost yell at me for asking to use their tape. Seriously figure it out UPS. It’s not that hard to help people ship packages.

Frank and his team are always helpful and friendly. They even remind me when my mailbox rental is up for renewal and always let me know if I have a package. They've been helpful with shipping, finding the best solution (cost / time) for my international shipments.

Was there earlier tonight to print off a ton of legal paperwork so I could get to Canada Post in time. Frank was awesome - even stayed a few minutes after close to make sure I had everything, stapled and in order. He says he has customers that have been with him for decades - tonight he’s earned another one that will use him again for sure.

Very professional service. They follow strict covid protocols, and perhaps that may frustrate people as we can see, but they're not the ones creating these protocols and restrictions. Top notch customer service and prices are very reasonable. 5 stars for sure.

I went in today with my passport, which is a government issued ID and the shipper-provided package release code which is what the company website states in order to pick up my package.

The female employee wrongfully informed me that the next time my ID has to have the address of the package I am picking up. She acted as if that was the only way to pick up a package. She stated that for high ticket items such as TVs, etc. Unfortunately, she is misinformed.

This was my second time picking up a package at this location. I was the only customer and there was a snow storm when I arrived before heading to work.

The first time I went had more customers waiting outside and my using a passport was fine. The male employee there was cheerful and has been properly trained. He is the reason for the 2nd star.

I have picked up countless packages at a different access point without any problems with the passport I provide.

I visited this location today and a man with long curly hair opened the door and told me a person of colour that he “Could not serve me because I looked like trouble” and pointed to my white friend that he’d serve her and not me. That was a deeply upsetting experience, I will NEVER be visiting this location again.

After I was yelled at and told " it is not his job to look for my package " he told me to go stand in a corner and call someone from costumer service, because he had things to do. Ups in general is not the best and having people like this as the owners of the pick up locations does not help, avoid this store if you possibly can.

This was the closest UPS location to me. The one man is very quirky and chatty. The lineup had built up around the sidewalk, I waited for an hour myself. Through his chatter, he will rant that he's not supposed to accept any packages during pandemic but doing everyone a favour. FYI Charges $3.66 for print fee for one page prepaid UPS waybill.

Worst Experience. Guy at the counter keeps talking. Does not listen to instructions. There is always a line up outside the store because of this. Stay Away. Go to another location.

I've been YELLED AT by the owner because I shipped an item from a UPS store in Montreal to this one.
You can choose to select a UPS store as delivery location from the UPS website.
This guy got completly mad at me because apparently the person at the Montreal UPS selected his store as "residential address".
I said, as a customer I trusted the other UPS and I can only apologize for the amount that I'm responsable for.
He kept YELLING 'I don't care, you don't do this here! '
Ok dude, make yourself a tea, relax and learn to be polite to people.

Frank, the guy who runs this place, is the most pleasant and gracious man. I like how he makes customers feel appreciated and served well. Definitely didn’t experience anything negative ever, just the opposite.

Staff gave me a hard time about scanning documents this morning and told me I wouldn't find anyone to scan my passport for a job application. I went to one other store they did it no problem. This store is a joke staff is too afraid of covid to even do remedial tasks for customers. Avoid at all costs.

People seem to be reviewing very negatively against the main worker so I just wanted to say I found him to be very kind, helpful and funny. If you're not a chatty person that's fine, but I like going into a business and the person there is actually nice and enjoying their day! Any mail shop is notoriously slow, especially right now, but the staff make it much more enjoyable!

The owner is the absolute worst. No respect. I came in with an oversized label, without knowing it was oversized and he lost it on me. Please try your best to avoid this location if it's your first time using ups. He'll ruin your day, believe that.

Poor customer service, doors are locked during business hours. You have to knock on the window, then they look at you from the inside and ignore you. After 5 minutes of waiting in the sun they answer the door and ask ‘what do you want? ’. Then you ask for your package and they argue with you is it really your package, even though I show them my ID, I had forgotten my pickup notice slip. After 7 minutes of arguing I got my package. Was it really worth dealing with that much negativity? I’ll just choose a different pickup point. I’ve let customer service know about this store, they just don’t care

One of the the employers saw me with a "oversize" package and was smiling looking to the package, after 20 minutes waiting in the line to get yo the store, other employer comes outside and tell me the package it's too big for me to send at this location.

Went here yesterday to post a bunch of amazon returns. Frank was helpful, kind and funny. His sense of humour is quirky, unique and he is the sweetest guy ever. It took me a long time to get the packages ready but he was patient and even helped me with everything. Don’t trust the reviews, instead go to the store and see for yourself.

Couldn’t really be much worse if they tried. They definitely hate customers, which is fairly comical as that’s the business they jumped into. The only thing keeping them going is necessity. So lower your expectations, get ready for a rude interaction and a long wait created by the guy that works here out of what i can only presume is ego or a hatred of what he does for a living.

I went to drop off a package with a prepaid UPS label. The owner Frank refused to accept the package and told me I could "leave it outside" or "wait until 5 pm for the truck to show up. " Terrible customer service and rude. I have never experienced anything like this before.

The staff member is selectively pleasant it seems. No greeting, no assistance. And who charges $2.45 for printing a return label? The staff at Eglinton Ave East has never asked me for a single dollar if they have to print a 1 page prepaid label.

Rudest management I've ever experienced. I requested a drop off receipt, which is required by my receiver, and has always been provided by my usual UPS location. Manager raised his voice saying he doesn't give receipts at this location and I should just look at the tracking info online. Tracking info expires after several weeks and offers no permanent record, which is important to many business operations.

I have rented a mailbox at this UPS store (no. 287), and I have found the staff very courteous and responsive. The manager of the store, Frank, is a very helpful and polite person. This is a great UPS store at an excellent location in Toronto, and I will recommend people to visit this store to use its services.

Very poor service. My coworker and I came into the store to pickup a package with a printed copy of the tracking info. We were not acknowledged entering, or the fact that we were next in line. The customer ahead of us had like 8-10 boxes of various sizes which the Asian clerk proceeded to place shipping labels on, slowly, deliberately. Not even a glance our way or a courteous "hello there! ". The male clerk with the ponytail also did not bother to greet, look our way, or indicate he was aware of our presence. We waited to be recognized in some way, like "Hi there, welcome. Please. ". At least any form of welcome and acknowledgement would have gone a long way to feel some form of humanity and peace of mind that we were valued. Nothing. After a long awkward pause I spoke up, "Hi, can we just pick up our package? ". The girl grabbed our paper and placed it on top of the boxes she was working on, not saying much. The ponytail guy comes over to tell the Asian girl "just keep doing what you're doing, I'll serve them" then returns to his customer, ranting "people don't know how to wait" and saying other not-so-nice things. When the girl was finished she located our package and was very short. I struggled to say "thanks" while I exited.

The owner Frank is awesome! Unique, personable and detail oriented. What more can you ask for! Jackie is his steady sidekick. I’ve been going to them for years with my printing, faxing, scanning and there’s a computer you can work on. They are rock steady and I love the old classic rock and roll radio that is playing in the store. Thanks for being awesome and real!

I thought I should leave a review for this location because I was genuinely worried about coming here because of all the bad reviews. But I had to fax something and this location was the closest to me. I had nothing to complain about. I was in and out in 5 minutes (there were only two people in the store; maybe that helps) but the staff was friendly and quick. It was a bit annoying to pay $10 to fax 6 sheets (long distance) but that would be my only complaint. Pro tip: you can get 1 hour free parking one block north on Adelaide west of King which is just a short walk away.

Do not use this UPS Store for mailbox services. I rented a mailbox here and never got the mail that was supposed to be sent to this address. One of the companies sending me mail had to call to tell me all my mail was returned to them. They even verified that they were sending my mail to the exact address given to me to use by the store when I purchased my mailbox. Absolutely unreliable service.

Terrible experience. This Store never never never answer client phone call. The lady worked there said " we are very busy, we can't focus on answering client phone calls" I tried to call them many times to check if my package arrive the store, also left messages, never hear back from them. What's the purpose of setting a phone in the store since no one ever pick up the phone?

I was surprised to find the negative reviews here. I came to this store yesterday with my boyfriend because we had to ship some packages out to Alberta. The store was supposed to close at 7pm, and we got there at 6: 59pm, and Frank was very kind and friendly enough to let us stay and do our business. We stayed there for around 20 minutes, and he did not rush us, and was very nice in helping us. The lady working there was a bit unfriendly and rude, but Frank the owner was really wonderful! Very nice person, and made friendly, good conversations with us, and joked around too. I read the bad reviews saying their packages got lost.well I hope ours don't, As long as the packages are delivered on time, this store was superb.
