I'm pleased with the service that I received. They were polite and worked well together, like a well oiled machine. I was concerned because they were taking down a Blue Spruce that was split at the bottom and I have a pool right beside it. They cleaned everything up and even skimmed everything that fell in the pool. They were fantastic! Thank you so much.

We had a very large Honey Locust pruned. Jason was so great. He listened to our concerns and gave us a very good explanation of the work to be done. He is very knowledgable and I think their pricing is very reasonable. The crew arrived on time the next week and were so great to deal with and they worked as a team which is very nice. It took almost the whole day to complete the job, but they knew exactly what to do and in the end, our Honey Locust was so well trimmed and balanced. We couldn't be happier. When they left late afternoon, everything was well cleaned as if they were never here. We can't recommend enough The Urban Arborist for any tree service you might need! Thank you!

Honestly I have always trimmed and pruned my tree infront my house using a Fiskars extension pole. Typically takes me a full day along with a few blisters, this year I called around got a few quotes. Was happy with response time, quote and ease of scheduling. I came home to find a properly trimmed tree just how I asked. Considering the time I saved and the better looking tree as appose to me doing it will be an annual visit from Urban Arborist. Thank you!

Jason and his crew are great. Very professional, they listen to what you want & make suggestions only if necessary.always come on time & clean everything up before they leave. I have had fruit trees trimmed and the fruit is bigger and better now.

The crew did a fantastic job pruning overgrown trees and shrubs; also removed several dead shrubs. They arrived on time and completed the job in a thorough manner. Also cleaned up really well. Front and back yards were spotless when they left. Highly recommended.

The crew arrived when scheduled and did an excellent job of pruning our tree. It looks the best it ever has. When done, they cleaned up and removed all debris. Will not hesitate using them in the future.

This team is amazing from start to finish in the entire process. Last Fall, Jason did a site inspection and quote without needing to interrupt our work day. He honoured the quote even though several months had lapsed (fortunately the tree hadn't grown much). Tara in the office was friendly and responsive, even when she accidentally picked up when the office was closed. And the day of the removal, Vee and William were fantastic. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up the site beautifully (they removed our 2-storey blue spruce). They were professional and friendly and answered our questions without hesitation. The entire team made the process easy and without any hiccups or miscommunications. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal and service with a smile).

Great crew, happy guys, pleasant, and polite.
Provided excellent service, organized and efficient getting the work done. Did a great job cleaning up.
Work done in back yard: tree removal, stump removal, tree trimming and pruning. Some hedge trimming as well.
I used them last year and will continue to use them on a yearly basis.
