I wanted to move from Toronto to Windsor and was interested in finding a home which could potentially be an investment property in the future. After watching a YouTube video where Jason Balsdon was recommended I decided to reach out with little to no expectation of results.

I knew my budget could present a challenge and so when I met Jason, I expressed my discouragement that I would be able to find all that I needed and still be able to live in Windsor versus the outskirts. But from the first day, he assured me that we would find what I was looking for in Windsor. Fast forward a few months later I found the perfect home with ADU potential in the future. Let me tell you, Jason's honesty is truly remarkable. When we went to view properties, he didn't hold back in pointing out any flaws or irregularities. It was as if he was personally searching for a home for his own family. His patience and extensive knowledge made the entire process much smoother, and when it came to negotiations, he was absolutely incredible. He fought on my behalf as if he were buying the house himself.

If you're a first-time homebuyer, my only advice: Listen to every suggestion Jason gives you, because he knows his stuff. Trust me, by following his guidance, you'll end up with exactly what you want or better. Being born and raised in Windsor, he has an in-depth understanding of the different neighborhoods and school districts, which is crucial for families like mine.

Jason is also surrounded by an excellent trustworthy network of professionals that made the entire process from start to finish run extremely smooth. Cannot recommend or thank him enough, I will always use and recommend his services confidently to anyone I know is looking to buy a home or investment property in the future.
