The staff here are amazing, and the facility is clean, and there are many activities open to the residents daily

If your looking for a job, research before working here. This workplace does not care about you as a person, they care about the numbers and money. The pay is absolutely awful at 20/hr, fighting for a raise for 3 years being told we don't need a raise is sad. Ive witness Management bragg about their raises which has made PSWs feel not worth it. If you get injure make sure wsib is on them as when I was injure twice, I was forced to do unsafe work which was reported to wsib. Management should be working on floor as many times especially when on covid outbreak we begged for help and they did NOT HELP. When your sick and call in you get told to take tylenol to come in which is so unprofessional.

I personally wouldn't give Riverside any stars as its such a toxic workplace. It was the best decision to leave this workplace as I have found a workplace that actually cares about staff and the people we take care of.

This place is for profit, which means they profit on everyone money. Stop proffit and start giving back. Treat your staff and residents way better.

Highly recommended staff is terrific and very good at the job they do. Very clean place. My wife is living there and she's very happy there. Wich makes me happy because I'm like the knight protecting my Qween and there I need no armor she's well looked after.

If you truly loved your parents/grandparents you wouldn't bring them here. Sure, there are worse places, but this Long Term Care home is very far from the best.

Understaffed, patients/residents waiting too long when they call for assistance, very little oversight in to resident safety. It just goes on.

Not a place for your loved ones. Staff are rarely visible. Neglect is rampant. The “front” retirement home appears lovely but it also has issues.

Enterance road to residence speed bump needs to be replaced, so hard even going below required speed, damaging vehicles.

Any time there is a problem, staff are quick to notify me, or just let me know of issues. They are very kind and professional and I know my mum is in a good place with lovely surroundings.

Well maintained, looks like a village under the roof. Difficult to navigate for visitors, but the care appears to be good.
