Friendly staff and knowledgeable caregivers nurse the elderly grounds are nice and staff are humorous while being very respectful to their clients needs

It is my first experience visiting this type of place for any length of time so i am not sure how to compare but my relative liked the view from the restaurant. Good food. She is in memory care so it is a little hard to keep her occupied but they seem to have lots of activities, friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Downstairs is a nice little village setting with cafe, library, many more activities.

Looks can be deceiving
our Father has been a resident for a couple of years. Common occurrences include his unit being filthy, and generally very messy despite the additional cleaning charges they levy for said service. It is also common for staff to “skip” helping him bathe despite the additional charge levied also for such. He goes weeks without bathing and staff provides same lip service every time we ask about this issue
We regret moving him here from another home in Burlington

The facility is beautiful. The staff is outstanding. The food is wonderful. There is no better place I could imagine for my Mom. I know she's being cared for by trained and loving people.
I'd like to make a reservation for myself in thirty years!

Great looking community center, good for kids. The only problem was the lack of staff and explanations on what to do.

Although there are a lot of nice people working here the staff and administration need to pay a lot more attention to fine details: having snacks in Cafe throughout the day rather than just the morning or sporadically (which is a common practice in most retirement and care facilities), refilling water dispenser in cafe etc. Also, sometimes things are posted on the dining room white board in a really messy manner with masking tape and it just makes everything look less professional. A suggestions box is also a good idea - for positive comments and suggestions. They should really look into "the butterfly effect" re: seniors. Oh and Kay is outstanding!

Wonderful, clean place with friendly and helpful staff who are available to talk anytime. Lots of activities for those who want it. Would recommend to anyone.
