The Village Pakistani

I recently visited the Village Pakistani Restaurant and had a delightful experience. The warm ambiance, coupled with the authentic flavors of their dishes, created a memorable evening. The staff's friendly service and attention to detail added to the overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend trying their flavorful cuisine for a truly enjoyable dining experience!

Would give zero stars if there was an option. Worst customer service. Placed an order for 430 today and it's 440 and the order is not even ready. The manager should teach the staff some customer service. I stood in line for a good ten minutes and no one offered to help even though I placed the order on the phone. There was no one else in the store except me and there were 3 guys working. This is pathetic

Great great restaurant, a good authentic food with very reasonable price. Beef kebabs are super delicious.

We went to get halwa puri in the weekend and the food was pretty good, but it’s take out only and they didn’t provide any cutlery or napkins. We took our food to a park and it was really difficult to eat. Definitely needs improvement in their service.

Great Pakistani food. If u miss Pakistani food back gome country, this is the place to try it.

We tried butter chicken, And special deals with office colleagues. It was delicious. Especially the service offered by girl Neha is great, she is quick, and very open hearted, offered extra quantity as well when I asked.

Not only is the biryani here cheaper than most places, the portions are also somehow more generous and it tastes better. There isn't another biryani spot that compares. I can't speak to most of their other food. But I have also tried the tandoori chicken, and though it was a long wait it was well worth it.

The food is delicious, we try to come here everytime we're in Cambridge! Only took off a star because sometimes wait times can be long, even for one small item you can end up waiting 15 minutes, even when they're not too busy and you're the only person waiting (they have a lot of delivery orders).

Baryani = boil rice with color and some Masala
Chana = taste less, it's like CAN Chana
Naan = burnt
Customer Service = people jumping lines no one cares
It dropped it quality/quantity significantly.

Waste of time, told me to wait 10m longer, order wasnt still ready after 40m.what kind of service is this? Plus it was burning hot inside the resteraunt and everyone was sweating.cant even afford a/c? Wow

So if you want to eat very high quality, decent and royal food this is the place. The reason is the quality of their food, you should try BBQ family meals, lollipop chicken.etc trust me you would have never eaten such a rich quality of rice.

Quality of Food as we ordered as catering were below par! Also they told its good for 25 people but honestly the food was not even good for 15 people. Naan were horrible, hard and burnt!
Biryani taste like it’s not made fresh. Customer service was horrible. Won’t recommend this place in Cambridge.

Great place to try authentic south asian cuisine. I tried their specialty "Biryani" which was extremely delicious. Besides that, Chicken Lolipop and Kebabs are a must try. Also, the customer service is awesome which is icing on the cake!

Service is pathetic and no use of placing an order on the phone as you have to wait 20-25 minutes no matter what.
Firstly one out of 10 calls are answered by the staff when you try to place an on the phone.
If there will be a competition in the area I will be the first one to switch.

Literally one of the best caters we have dealt with! Ordered food for my moms get together and everyone loved the food. Her guests do not have a high spice tolerance and they made sure everything was mild and flavourful! Everything was on time & owners were so reassuring and respectful!

Their food is great, their prices are nice, but their waiting times take forever. Even on days when they have deals for something and know that people are going to order a lot of it, it's constantly out of stock and when you try to order it, it's "please wait 15 minutes. " And then when you ask them 10 minutes later, it's still 15 minutes! And this happens all the time. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to have a special on something it just makes common sense to prepare a lot of that thing so people don't always have to wait.

Went there this morning at 11: 35 and still the store was not open. Please update your hours

Incredibly disappointed, after I told him don't burn the naan, I received them burnt. I will never buy food from here again!
