Words can not describe how thankful I am to Aaron and The Voice Clinic helping me. I suffered from Muscle Tension Dysphonia for years. I have seen every speech language pathologist in the GTA, and no one was able to help me get to where I am today. Aaron's approach and techniques for MTD are different from any other SLP I've seen. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at the voice clinic today. Dr Osborn made careful and thorough examinations on me and explained to me what my problem was and why it was caused. He also answered all of my questions patiently and professionally and made it super clear what options I have. The receptionist Katina is also very efficient in communication and helped me to schedule my appointment very quickly. Many thanks to the voice clinic team!

Katina is the worst receptionist from a clinic I have ever spoken to. First of all no one will answer the phone period. Secondly when you do get to speak to someone it is unfortunately Katina who is extremely defensive, unhelpful; she must be trying to hide how unintelligent she is. I have never had anyone ever be this unhelpful during a phone call. I’m pretty sure she literally just made answers up. Just horrible horrible horrible; strongly consider alternatives is my advice.

My GP made a referral to the Voice clinic. No one called me back. He did it again a few weeks later again no response. I called and you have to listen to this crazy long email it says to email or leave a message. It doesn't allow you to actually leave a message when the button is hit. No reply to the email. Has been such a waste of time. I got a referral to another ENT and got a call back in 2 days.

Dr. Osborn has brought me peace of mind on multiple occasions with mindful recommendations supported by definitive proof.

Dr. Osborn couldn't find the problem with my throat that it took someone else TWO MINUTES to when they actually looked at my ultrasound. The image of health care in Canada really suffers in times like this when you have medical practitioners in charge that lacks professional empathy towards patients and actual know-how:/

The doctors are great, however the receptionist is rude as hell. Too bad she ruins it for an otherwise good place.

Not experienced. Not caring. Did not pay attention on what i had said. Told him two times there is pain on left nose. Did not listen. Just said it is normal.
Ask doctor if he had pain there. He would have become concerned.

I can’t speak of the quality of the clinic, but the receptionist is something else. Covid restrictions are still place, after the province announced no more restrictions anywhere.just seems out of touch with reality, I don’t care who his patients are.

Receptionist was making lots of friendly chatter with another patient, but then somehow got frosty with me, despite it being my first time at the clinic and early for my appointment.

Dr. Osborn is literally the most frigid doctor I’ve ever met. Completely uninterested and cold, and I had to keep asking questions to get to a consensus of what my issue was. You’d need fairly thick skin to push past his brand of sarcasm, too.

Went to the VC a couple of weeks ago and his passion for the voice, my voice, moved me so much! He helped me get high notes back and I changed my views on warming up and taking care of my principal working tool. Thank you The Voice Clinic

Rude receptionist, very unprofessional and rude. For what it’s worth find somewhere that values your service. I would never make a second visit here and I would strongly encourage that you find somewhere else. Impatient, unprofessional to say the least…

Visited for a doctor checkup paid by Ohip. 2 people were ahead of me. Did not wait to much. The medical secretary did not wear a mask (could be health related) but she waa behind a plastic barrier. Let her know in advance if you are immune compromised.

I've been seeing ENT's since I was a child. Dr. Osborn is the best. I've been seeing Dr. Osborn at the voice clinic for over a year now. Clear, patient, and knowledgable. I had a scope done and it was a breeze. He's a great doctor to have for singers.

The operations manager - Katina is very quick to respond to email and booking appointments is easy. Katina is professional and friendly. I actually enjoy going to my appointments.

I look forward to also working with Dr. Aaron Low should the need arise. I highly recommend The Voice Clinic especially if you are a singer.

I greatly appreciated the quality of the service and expertise provided by Dr. Osborn and Katina at the Voice Clinic. Katina answered emails very quickly and was very helpful throughout the procedures needed as I am a Quebec resident. On the other hand, Dr. Osborn was reassuring, understanding and really seemed to worry about his patient’s well being. I felt like he wanted to help me and took the time to answer all of my questions, as my tonsils issues were recurrent. I quickly obtained an appointment for a tonsillectomy and was given follow ups due to the COVID-19 situation. For these reasons, I highly recommend the Voice Clinic!

Katina was able to get me in really fast, and Dr. Osborne is great. I have been to a couple other ENTs in my life and this was the best experience for me. He listened attentively, did an examination with the scope and although I have a horrible gag reflex and coughed quite a bit (which other than being quite embarrassing, no doubt made it more difficult for him to examine my vocal cords) he was patient and courteous. He gave me straight answers, referred me to a speech therapist and I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who uses their voice for a living.

Due to Epistaxis in the winter time. I am back to the clinic for treatment. The receptionist Katina is very friendly. Since this is the emergency case, Doctor Alex Osborn performed the treatment right away. I am so happy with the service. Highly recommended this clinic. I am strongly believe this Ent Doctor is the best

I am beyond amazed at the kindness and exceptional service The Voice Clinic has provided me. The receptionist Katina is the sweetest person I have come across and she helped me so much in getting in contact with Dr. Alex Osborn to get my tonsils removed. They caused me so much issues and I was desperate, and they both heard my cry for help. I wanted to get them removed the traditional way and the clinic got me an appointment with surgeon Dr. Bradley Hubbard who is also remarkable. 2 months after the first appointment with Dr. Hubbard, he removed my tonsils and it has been 12 days now and I am recovering exceptionally well. I am so blessed for The Voice Clinic and Dr. Bradley Hubbard in Toronto! They have changed my life and I no longer suffer from the large tonsils I had in my throat. Thank you so much Katina and Dr. Alex Osborn!

I went to this clinic for my 3 year old son. He constantly had thick fluid in his ears and had trouble hearing. We saw Dr. Osborn on 3 separate occasions. He always said there was no need for tubes, the problem would fix itself. Dr. Osborn sent us for a hearing test on which my almost 4 year old son failed the infant level screening. Dr. Osborn still said there was no issue and to just wait it out. He was so always so uninterested in each appointment, reluctantly answering my questions and even standing up, walking over to the door and opening it while I was still sitting down trying to figure out what to do to help my son. I found him incredibly cold, and numb, so much so that I believed him to be on some type of sedative drug. The 3 appointments were spread out over about a year. After that last appointment where I still felt like I was not getting any medical advise from a specialist that I was putting my trust into I went to the ENT that my sons pediatrician referred us to. We had a hearing test, then an apt, where tubes were recommended immediately. I have huge regrets going back the 2nd and 3rd time to this horrible doctor after a bad feeling in the first session and trusting his (non) advice for my son. So happy we sought out a proper, caring doctor. Tubes were put in today, and he has already said he can hear me better. Would not recommend Dr. Osborn AT ALL.
