The Walkin Clinic on Bayview

I just went there for walk-in to see a doctor, the wait time was around 10 mins. They had four doctors so it was fast to see a doctor comparing to other clinics. The receptionist with the curly hair was very nice. The doctor who saw me was patient to my concerns. Thank you guys.

Not sure of all the negative reviews. I found the receptionists friendly and kind. I was seen by the fantastic doctor within 45 mins and was able to get my prescription from the attached pharmacy and out within an hour

They do not answer their phones. Goodluck trying to schedule an appointment. Most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been to since dr Mandel left.

I was a walk-in patient that came a week ago due to pain in back. The doctor was communicative and was able to help recommend treatment.

The reason for my 1 star is due to the receptionist, after reading the reviews, I 100% agree about the receptionist ruining the reputation of this doctor and clinic.

The receptionist is condescending towards patients that were there, laughed at 1 patients issue, could not or did not want to help another patient with a form. This was all in the span of 30 minutes.
I’m a time where people are hurting physically and mentally, you would expect a medical professional to be more empathetic but she was not. If you’re expecting a receptionist to assist you with forms, assist with payment, or even talk in a mature professional tone, you will not get this.
The receptionist is one of the most non empathetic people I have ever met. I hope she learns to be more understanding and communicative in a professional manner. She is ruining this clinics reputation.

My doctor is a middle eastern woman. Very unprofessional and she can’t speak English well.
This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Please don’t come if you have other options
