This place is cost savings + if you require culligsn jugs weekly. Service is friendly and helpful, prices can't be beat.

I live north of Kingston but whenever I am in the area this is my go-to place to save money. Bring your own empty Culligan jugs and fill them for 1/3 of the price! They are very friendly and helpful and it feels good to support a local business.
They also offer water testing and installation of water treatment systems

Very cool store. Excellent service. Water filters were a bit more than a competitor, but the attention and service was far better!

Be aware that they don't provide refunds/accept returns on their bottles. I recommend that you go to Culligan instead as they will provide refunds for their bottles.

I repaired the signs out front, and replaced the lamps, with LED lamps to be more efficient and brighter. PIRE ELECTRIC INC.

Will answer questions and if they dont have what you want theyll tell you where you can get it. Before the covid19 PLANdemic, they would help customers by carrying the water jugs to their car.and I'm sure they only get minimum wage. So I'm sure they're enjoying not having to now. Lol. Besides.customers should just carry their own or bring someone who can. These guys are super nice!

Purchased equipment had to return due to size issue. Employee working was unfriendly borderline ignorant. Will not return.

Excellent setup, especially with Covid restrictions. Easy to use refill systems and the prices can't be beat. I live 40 minutes away and I fill my water here. Great customer service and excellent pre-paid setup makes for very quick in-and-out service.

The Water Store is great! Great prices, friendly staff and there is even a dog that works there too! The water is excellent quality as well.

We've been customers here for seven years and have always experienced fast and friendly service. The staff make us feel genuinely valued and respected as customers, are always pleasant to speak with and when we've been physically unable to carry our bottles to the car Robin and Scott have always been kind in carrying the bottles for us. We've always been happy with the taste, quality and cost of the water and without hesitation highly recommend The Water Store.
