All the staff at The Water Store are amazing! They treat you like family and are always so helpful! They always offer to carry out my water for me which I really appreciate! I will always go there for my water needs and strongly recommend them!

The Water Store and Viking came through to fix the problem with my hot tub. I was helped in a fast and professional manner. I was always kept in the loop as to what was going on.
Everything was resolved and I am up and running again. Many thanks for making things right. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next purchase. Awesome customer service.

Four years ago.
I went to The Water Store looking for a small hot tub. The customer service I received was great. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. I really appreciated the time Dave spent going over things. I ended up buying from them, and not a big box store, because I know that if I ever have problems, they will be there.

The owners and staff here truly make you feel like part of the family! They always greet me by name, are knowledgeable, and almost always will they actually bring the water out to my vehicle and load it for me! By far the best customer service I have ever received. Very clean and inviting storefront as well. We will continue to shop here and recommend this business to our friends and family:)

10 + for customer service! I have bought (and still am buying) a Hot Tub, Traeger Smoker, Ooni Pizza Oven, Rubs, Spices, Spa Chemicals and Wood Pellets all from the Water Store, and I would never go anywhere else! Top notch service and smiles.

We had an iron filter installed at our cottage! Advice and service was impeccable! They sold us only what they thought we needed with a plan to add on in future if we desire. They were friendly, helpful, on time and delivered as promised. We will use them again and recommend 10/10!

Our dealing with The Water Store, Owen Sound, were awesome! They were professional, courteous, and honest. The water system into our house had been a patch-work from previous contractors and home owners, that resulted in an unexpected failure and expense. The Water Store OS had the solutions, with their products, their knowledge, and a very affordable payment plan. The new system installed by The Water Store OS, is neat, clean, and works perfectly. We are extremely impressed with Dave’s team and his son Jacob. We inquired about improving our water system, and the crew came out right away and assessed our situation. They gave us pertinent information and spent a great deal of time patiently informing us on possible solutions. We went ahead with chosen water treatment system and the install was booked quickly. The install was excellent and our water is pure, clear, clean and odour free. In fact our plumbing system was improved and water pressure was so much better. Understanding the new system took some time and Jacob was very patient and helped me understand the system.whenever you go into their store they are friendly and helpful. We are so impressed we are looking at a hot tub purchase and install. 100% trusting of this family operation. Thanks Jacob and Team.

Last weekend I purchased a Louisiana Grill from the team at the Water Store and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and leadership at the store. Ten years ago I bought a Traeger grill from them and felt very much the same about my experience. Their commitment to customer service was the reason why I trusted them with my purchases, why I will keep going back to them for all my grilling needs and why I will not hesitate when it's time to invest in my next grill to buy it from the Water Store.

It really is a team effort there. Before deciding on my grill, two of the staff offered their opinion and advice on the different units. They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and left it to us to come to our own conclusion. No pressure, just expertise and experience. All the while in the background they're welcoming long standing customers by name as they fill their water jugs, and creating just a wonderful culture.

Full disclosure? I had a problem with the unit when I got it assembled. I reached out through Facebook to let them know (store was closed) and I heard back from Dave himself within minutes. And while I let them know I was going to troubleshoot and try and resolve the issue, there was already an offer to have someone from the store come by if I couldn't figure it out. I took them up on that offer when I hit a roadblock. They did not disappoint, they took care of the problem that could have just as easily been mine. But that's not how they do business. I am extremely grateful to Dave and Jacob for their support, and to the rest of the team for their role in creating a space I am happy to spend money in. I'd give six stars if that was an option.
