I came in today to get three jugs of water. I didn't have any in reserved but because there's a sale on for $2.50 for one jug I thought it was an awesome sale. Unfortunately I didn't see the fine print where it says you have to buy a MINIMUMS of 10. Don't get caught up in scams RETRACTION (I couldn't reply so I will edit here) I'm sorry Greg it was a terrible choice in words. I apologize. It's not a scam just a very bad misu derstanding. I am wrong.

Been buying my water here for probably 13/14 years. I have always found them friendly and helpful. It amazes me how many customers are identified by name as they enter. Need jugs brought to your car? No problem. Got a problem with the dispenser you bought from us? No problem. Here is a replacement.

They’re honestly a rude family of people who own this store. Delivery is also only M-F when you’re at work. They’ve continued to use this incredibly inconvenient system for years (min 3 jug bottles) instead of evolving to allow customers flexibility with the jug delivery and having weekend delivery. They just don’t care about people, it’s all about their convenience. I can’t wait till better competition comes along and puts them out of business. KARMA for their years of rudeness like Bell Canada!

New to town and this store was recommended to me. I needed a place that filled jugs without using the standard machines you see in grocery stores, so I could fill my rectangular shaped camping jug or just multiple jugs at a time. You can buy multiple refills to keep on file so you don't have to pay every time, and they fill the jugs for you. Happy to have found a store like this that is like the one I used in another city. Options for regular RO water or Alkaline water. Great service, friendly people here, thanks!

The staff here are always friendly and fast. Awesome music on the radio while you wait! I drive across the city to get my water here. It's worth the drive.

Talked with Greg. Great guy, been in business for years, very helpful (even in spite of his antiquated bookkeeping). Good prices. I don't need delivery but they offer it if you do. If you need a water system or delivery for customers/staff, good place to.
