Theives selling fridge water filter for 103 $ while it's 68 $ at depot or Walmart and it's not a knock off or on sale go on Amazon and see the price your self

I had an issue with my water softener so I called the water store and I was glad I did. Tyler came out and was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing and had it fixed quick. Highly recommend for any water needs.

I go there to drop off my purolator shipments.
The staff are very cooperative and friendly.
It’s my preferred location for purolator shipments.

Had a Reverse Osmosis system installed by The Water Store. Greatly impressed with their knowledge and punctuality. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews but I'm extremely upset about my interaction with this store and thought it deserves a review. I went into the store to purchase a water cooler, and asked for some information on the reverse osmosis system that can be installed. The two young gentleman were nice and polite however did not have much knowledge on how the system worked. I chose to go with the water cooler and purchased it. I brought it home, and spoke to my family where we decided it would be more beneficial to get a filtration system and we did end up installing the bottle on the cooler that night, the next day I packed everything and brought it back to the store to exchange it. There was a lady at the counter and she was rude and unwelcoming, I was told only Tyler can deal with the situation, and no one had ever told me that this purchase was final sale at the time of purchasing, in fact on the receipt it says as long as you have the receipt you can refund or exchange items. Tyler has staff in place however it seems as though none of his staff is knowledgable enough about the products and services offered because the response we got every time was to speak to Tyler, yet Tyler was never at the store, and I believe he only goes in 9-noon, if you're not going to be present at your business you should train your staff to the point the store can run efficiently without you,
Eventually we did end up meeting him on our third visit.he said the cooler is used and cannot be refunded however he will give a "break", which was basically charging us $165 for using the cooler 1 evening, and saying we cant take a loss on it, yet final sale was never communicated. Then on email he proceeded to say that we were being "pushy" with the staff, when all we ever asked was to address our concerns, and let us speak to you yet he was no where to be found on multiple occasions. We used to come to this store 15 years ago when it was under different ownership, and after this experience we will not be going there again. Its not about the fact that they charged 165$ for a single days usage, or not bothering with the return, it was the unwelcoming feeling every time we entered the store, the lack of transparency in the return/exchange policy and the rudeness with which Tyler replied on email that made us feel our business is not valued.

Good store. Their water plans are a great way to pay once for x amount of liters then u can go back and get your jugs filled when convenient. When purchased In a plan it's very affordable.

This store is well stocked for anything to do with water and filtration. Tyler is a wealth of knowledge and always willing to assist with suggestions and options available. I have been a client for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. I recently had a failure in our UV controller which Tyler managed to replace under warranty from the manufacturer.
If you are having issues with your water treatment or simply want to learn more about water treatment, I strongly suggest you give this store a call.

Great place to refill your jar with regular/alkaline water. You can buy 50/100 refill upfront, which is the most economic solution.
Staffs are friendly.

Let the nay sayers be the nay sayers. Some complaints may be valid but.great place overall! If you're complaining about masks, they don't work. I know, I'm a certified fit tester. Staff are always friendly even when it's busy, they try their hardest. Keep up the good work.

I went into the store twice, both time the kid working there was using his phone, while talking to me. I asked questions related to my water, staff was unable to help. Was asked to leave my water for testing, got a call that there is 0 chlorine. I asked what was the white stuff in the water, was told they dont know and that they only test for chlorine. Will bring my business elsewhere, thanks!

This place operates like a well oiled machine even through this pandemic. Always 2 or more people working and they're friendly, knowledgeable and quick. In addition the layout is great allowing maximum social distancing and swift service/cashout.

This is where I usually get my water, recently cuz of covid they have a limited water supply so they can't always fill up my 6 big bottles, otherwise I would give you guys 5 star.

Amazing guys, especially the owner. I got my water samples tested free here and they gave some good suggestions about water softener, filters & salts etc. Also, they are pretty helpful whenever I visit their shop. They have wide variety of stuff regarding water filtration, softness, salts etc along with excellent customer services. Although they are following proper COVID-19 SOPs & have hand sanitizers at counter, it would ve great if you guys could put couple of hand sanitizers at entrance.

Water store is changed into Big Bear Convenient Store. Haven't done shopping here I assume they are good.

Tyler is a very nice guy. Our installation was totally botched and cost us significantly more. Our requirements never changed. We needed water to our fridge, coffee station and island. We had to purchase an under sink unit because the line was installed to the wrong island and we wanted a hot water dispenser. We do not get any water coming to our coffee station. No refund. There were many trips made to our house because Tyler couldn't figure why we were getting such low pressure. He blamed our contractor saying that he did something. Then he blamed us saying that we changed our minds (which we didn't). No accountability for him sending a guy who said to us, "I wish Tyler was here because this is hard. ' Through this process, Tyler did provide great service. We have to live with the final solution but we paid over $6K for something we didn't get. What i don't like is that there's no accountability. Only excuses. Tyler knows what he's doing but no one else in his company does. Buyer beware. $6K is a lot of money.

Amazing Team that supports front line workers. Send a message over the weekend and surprised to received a prompt response. I inquired about water filter system as I had to return to Toronto from working in a very remote community, as the water system was not up to standards.

Milton store location donated a water filter system, making it possible to return to the reserve and work as a covid front line worker. This gesture of generosity made a huge difference for my colleagues and I, allowing us to be healthy as we support the community and disenfranchised patients. Tyler and the team, my colleagues and I send a big thank.

Everytime I've gone before close they tell me no more water very inconvenient seeing that the store itself is still open for another 10+ mins

It’s a bit of a weird store there is barely any parking. It’s a shame this is the only pickup location in Milton for UPS deliveries

Don’t appreciate owners attitude. Overheard some conversation he was having with another client about his views. After listening to him I realized I don’t want to support a business owners that conducts himself in this manner. I’ll buy my water elsewhere

We came for a hard to find fridge filter, they had it in stock, other stores did not. They also have a large modern water processing and jug filling operation.

I have been a customer here since it first opened and have purchased My R O and water softener from them. They are very reliable and a friendly store. Tyler runs a great store and Carol and Adam are wonderful, I highly recommend The Water Store Milton.

We called last night and Tyler arranged a service call for today. He called me to let me know that Adam would arrive a little late which was very thoughtful. Adam was very friendly and fixed the problem and was very professional. I would highly recommend the Water Store Milton. Thank you.

Went there for Purolator drop off. Didn't get a receipt but took a picture of my tracking no. Pretty convenient.

Service was very good. The woman who worked there when I went was super nice and knowledgeable. I recommend this place.

Enjoy the water softer salt delivery service.
Pay at the store, and they come to deliver the salt bags and also fill your softener up.

Sold me a USED filter! I didn’t think an open package was a huge deal, until I got home and the protective “remove before use” foil was missing and water dripped out. I immediately returned to store, never to return.

Didn't buy water here, just wanted the Purolator store, and that's what I got. They were very helpful, kind and provided great guidance!

I've been going here for water bottle refills for years and I think the store and the staff are great. However, the fact that they still track remaining bottles on cue cards in this day and age is absolutely rediculous and they can never find me in their cards which has wasted my time on a number of occasions.

I visited few weeks ago and received fantastic service for replacement water filters and a UV lamp. A call was also made on my behalf to get on the spot advice on my needs. Thanks Tanee!

Nice water store, they have a variety of stuff water bottles to other few small interesting things. Pickedup my Purolator packages a few times from there too.
