The Water Tower Inn, BW Premier Collection

It was a very good stay, comfortable rooms, very clean. Breakfast was a little pricey. Unfortunately, our complaint was they did call us for our wake up call and put us behind on our travels. But, everything else was good

This is an older hotel and that is reflected in the rooms. They were clean but dated. The sink had some slight cracks but everything was serviceable. We were just driving through town so it suited our needs.

Very bad customer service.the room was dirty smell so bad and the bathroom was disgusting.

Not bad at all. If you want a nice view by the water, there's also a hotel closer to a mall and Boardwalk

I am an expert in BW experiences.
I must say I have had a positive experience here. Better than I expected, especially in Ontario.
I know there is a range between BW and other BW, but in Ontario it is mostly regrettable. Not this one in Soo though.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Had dinner on the Patio in the Courtyard. Great food, great service. Driving through, so only staying one night, but would definitely stay again if we were in town!

My husband and I met at the Water Tower Bar May 31 1996. We have returned for a drink every year for the past 25 years.
We have always had great service.many bartenders remembering us over the years, never hesitating to take our photo, giving us discount coupons for dining, or even a piece of Anniversary cake. There is a pleasant atmosphere, even the patrons love our story and have sent over drinks or cheered us a toast.
2020 COVID was the first year we were unable to go for our traditional drink, but wasn't going to let this happen for 2021! My husband was able to book a room and completed our tradition not at the bar but close enough! Once again the Water Tower graciously provided us a coupon for breakfast!

Nice room but up at 5am for garbage truck pick up and restaurant was full and service was poor.

The elevators are comfortable and dont feel very nauseating. The rooms are very nice! I came back to my room after work and saw that my bed was made and all the plushies i had on it were also decorated on my bed! Very nice place! I'd Reccomend.

My husband and I stayed in the ultimate spa October 8,2020. This was our wedding night. I posted a review stating how awful the room was (see previous post by me). The owner did contact me and offered a free night in a different room in hopes to make up for our night being ruined. She verified my address and explained it would be mailed. I never received it. Nor do I want it at this point.

Beautiful hotel with awesome service! The staff were always super kind and helpful, the restaurant was fabulous, the place was always kept spotless.

Only got here an hour ago and I am so happy. I am traveling to get my service dog and we booked a little late notice. The lady we spoke to was amazing, she helped us get a better rate and was super helpful. Our room was simple and clean. The bathroom was clean and accessible. So clean I even used the bath. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Excited to sleep the night and try the breakfast tommorow! Can't stress how awesome the front desk lady is

Overall a great stay! Food and service were excellent. Staff we're welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were large with lot of space. Beds were comfortable, linens soft. Bathroom was brand new with quality shower head. Only complaint: toilets are for tall people. For a small pregnant women. My feet didn't reach the ground was very uncomfortable to use the washroom.
All over was a beautiful hotel restaurants were gorgeous to look at, super sad we couldn't eat there due to Covid.

Have stayed here on numerous occasions and always get a nice rest in comfortable rooms. Little pricey for this last stay but thinking COVID taxes are everywhere. Will and have recommended this property many times and I will be back!

Better than expected. They have a parking garage for Motorcycle, ATV, Snow Mobile. Rooms are modern and clean. Price was reasonable. Would return again.

Advertises as a pet friendly hotel, however cancelled my reservation because we have pets and couldn't accommodate. I booked 3 weeks in advance.

Room 300. Was gross and dingy. Old carpets and furniture. Felt dirty sitting on the couch. Noone came by after our first night to clean or to ask if we needed anything. Casey's had no kids menu. Payed 20 for 1 fish peice and fries for the kids etc. But mostly just disappointed with the room feeling so dirty and outdated. Not impressed for a suite. In a nicer hotel.

Staff is always so great. The restaurant did me a solid by taking my order at the last minute with no issues.

The rooms are nice and clean. Also in good repair, maybe a little dated, but hey it works for me!

Clean rooms. Restaurant on site. Close to some useful amenities, very friendly staff. Despite cov-19, and it' issues, would reccomend.

My wife, granddaughter, and myself were staying there a couple of weeks ago.
We had 2 Queen sized beds, that were the most comfortable beds I've slept in.
The hosts were a pleasant surprise, smiling and laughing.
The only disappointment is there free coffee.
STARBUCKS is the worst tasting coffee.
Great place to stay.

Staff was great. Pool was well ran with frequent checks on the water status. Food at Caseys was great but not my style with a very limited menu would of preferred traditional pizza and daily specials ice berg salad plain cheese burger spaghetti with meat sauce ect Room 131 was terrible wall paper buckling very noisy neighbor room dark and very old looking was very depressing

Decent room, decent meals with TV, Wi-Fi, heater. But there's no laundry service unfortunately

This place is attired with lots of facilities.i recommend to all the travelers who are going to be visitors of Sault ste marie. Please do visit here. You can have good scenery over room. Besides all the rooms are furnished and well equipped with gadgets. It gives you best travel experience ever. Well would like to ping here for the vegetariana that please be conscious about the item you are ordering here.
