I am beside myself.
I am flabbergasted.
I am embarrassed.
I ordered flowers for a funeral that happened today.
The arrangement I chose had warm sunset colours. The arrangement that showed up was a harsh yellow so bright that it was not only completely inappropriate but I am embarrassed that the name was on the card.
The flowers themselves were of good quality but the arrangement was sloppy and clearly done in haste without a thought for appropriateness. I am so disappointed and cannot believe it.

Disappointed my mini rose bush buds turned brown and didn’t open. Just cut them off one by one as they browned They were outdoors so maybe to much change in temperature?

The young woman helping us was irritated and unwilling to provide guidance with our inquiries and purchases. We will never return to that store. We felt like an inconvenience.

I recently received an arrangement from my friend in Ohio. It had to be the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. When I sent a picture to my friend she was totally amazed at the size and quality of the arrangement. Thank you Watering Can. It was beautiful.

I visited this location about a week ago. The customer service at this location is not very good. I was looking for a planter and also a wreath, I was met by an individual that clearly was going through a rough time. I reached out to management to let them know about my terrible experience. They did reach out to me and explained the situation.

Lisa told me that she was very sorry and that on behalf of the watering can they would like to make me a complimentary wreath. I explained that this wasn't necessary. She said it was the least she could do. I accepted. She then put me through to Tina who was making the wreath and I received a email from Tina that there is a credit towards the wreath and she can reduce this amount from the quote.

This is poor management and yet again poor customer service. I did not want the complimentary wreath from the first place it was with the intention to correct my experience and perhaps give me a better view on the company as a whole.

I called Lisa and explained and she retracted that the wreath was complimentary. I declined the 50 dollar credit.

They always have a really fantastic selection of fresh flowers so you can specify exactly what you want and they’ll make you a custom bouquet, or you can choose from a variety of beautiful ready-made bouquets or planters.
Staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I just received flowers and they are just beautiful. The best was the women who delivered them she was so pleasant and a wonderful person.

Fantastic service and products. It was my mom's birthday and I live across the country, I called the watering can and they made a beautiful bouquet with a vase and the desert combo. They were very polite and got the order delivered to her within the day.
