I absolutely love this this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are all amazing. I did the rain forest retreat and it was so relaxing. If you’re in need of some relaxing/me time this is the place

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked my appointment in January and the closest date they had outside of work hours was 4 months later (middle of April). They called me today saying their therapist can’t come in that day so they have to cancel my appointment, and the next they can get me in is another 4 months IN JULY! Be for real. Horrible service, I am glad they cancelled because I don’t want to give my money to a company that will pull stunts like this.

I've had many different services at the Waters, and I always leave happy and relaxed. The RMT massages are reliably great, and I love the extra foot soak at the beginning. We did a couple's treatment 2 days before our wedding and it was SO lovely. An absolute indulgence that really helped us relax leading up to the chaos of the wedding day.

Wow this was my first time here, my daughter decided to spoil me for my birthday, So I had a facial and body massage, I had Mackenzie she is amazing and so talented, I will definitely book again and will ask for Mackenzie. We all deserve to get pampered and at The Waters-Urban spa retreat is the place

Very poor customer service. After leaving multiple messages to book an appointment for my wife during their business hours it took 3 days to get a response back. When trying to book the treatment I was advised that I needed to book more than a month out even though I was completely flexible on times. I called back to speak with the manager, Carly, and the response was essentially “oh well” and she chuckled. I asked if they would refund the gift certificate in an effort to address my frustration and the answer was a hard no.

Beautiful spa, warm & welcoming with calm vibes. Wonderful professional staff, ready to pamper you.

My wife and I did a half day at the waters. I was literally jello afterwards. So relaxing and professional.
