Had such a lovely time with my mom here! The lady at the front - Jennifer was outstanding and so kind, she gave us a lovely room and was very informative! All the staff are lovely, rooms were clean, and comfortable:) would highly recommend! Cannot wait to book downtown! Close to Scotiabank Arena and subway as well so can get anywhere super fast!

A Classic charm and feel to the property. Rooms are well kept. Location is amazing for Scotia Centre, Rogers Place & Union Station. Friendly staff always available. Decent dining options inside or around the hotel.

We had a great stay at the Westin last week. Service was great from the time we arrived, with the valet, the door staff letting me know where the park was for my dog and our check-in. The next morning Shams started our day off perfectly over breakfast with the best service! Overall, outstanding customer service at the Westin.

I've been to this conference center twice, and it's a clean, modern facility with the amenities you would expect of a conference center. Food catering is good quality, including drinks. Parking seems to be a bit limited, or maybe I couldn't find their parking garage. I ended parking across the street at the RBC Water Park place. Overall I would recommend this location for events, and it is right next to the lake.

The Westin Harbour Castle was the highlight of a long travel day, after being relocated from my original hotel that was oversold and staying here, the staff was phenomenal with assisting me with accommodation and overall customer service was amazing. The employee went out of their way to ensure that I had a great stay, upgraded my room to ensure that I had a nice room with a king bed, away from the elevators and with a view of the lake simply to improve my experience. On top of that, the room was incredibly clean and made for a very relaxing space to be in.

Thanks so much to Westin Harbor Castle Toronto for a fabulous experience for our first time in Toronto! Marriott and its staff at the hotel surprised us with naming us Guests of the Day which was a harbinger of good things to come during our visit. In addition to falling in love with the City, the staff and accommodations at the Westin were outstanding. Everyone of the staff we came in contact with were friendly, professional, accommodating and insured our stay was 5 star. We plan to return to the Westin to enjoy more of Toronto!

I stayed for the long weekend. I booked lake view room For 645$ a night.when I checked out I explained that if I wanted this view I would have gone to a 2 star motel for 1/4 of the price. All was offered was a waive valet fee that they impose on you mandatory.
Not what I was expecting from a westin.

Worst hotel ever! If Google allowed 0 or negative scores this hotel would be getting it! First time in Toronto and all I wanted was to leave ASAP never going back. I hate Canada because of the unfortunate stay at this place. This hotel has the rudest staff ever. They grunt and roll their eyes at you for doing their responsibilities, let alone using phrases like “thank you welcome how can I help you? ” no intention to help or bring a smile.

A nice hotel with a fantastic view of the Ontario Lake. We stayed there over the weekend. Our room was not ready when we arrived, about 30 minutes after their check-in time (3pm). They did give us an upgraded room that was available, but only after we pushed for it. So, that part of the experience was not particularly pleasant.

But the rest of the stay was great. You can’t have a better location. Oh, their breakfast is fantastic and a good value for money.

I was shocked to hear that this establishment is forcing their staff to take this experimental vaccine, or lose their job.
But guests do not need to be vaccinated.
What is wrong with that picture?

I changed my mind about renting a room from here and went to a hotel that is fair to their staff and does not force Mandates, which are not Law, on them.

Amazing stay here. Obviously the interior is outdated but the view compensates it. Additionally the breakfast is amazing!

Mischelle was great greeting and welcoming us. She made check in a breeze! The view of our room was amazing and room was clean. Would’ve given five stars but We found it odd that house keeping is cleaning the room beside us at 10: 45pm at night. We’re ready for bed and all we hear is the vacuum. Our clock in our room was an hour ahead as well, and we weren’t really fans of the wheels on the bed.

Changed this to five stars because the staff were accommodating and after telling them about the vacuum incident they took care of our parking. Great stay and would come back!

Our stay was great. Smooth check in comfy bed, quiet room. Exceptional bar service Saturday afternoon, forget the young gentlemen’s name. But for the love of God do NOT play Christmas music the first week of November. It is disrespectful to veterans and just plain crass. Whoever made that decision ought to be given a week off without pay to think about their other current life choices which are probably going sideways.

Had a fabulous experience with the staff. Lobby is great and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Outside looks a bit dated and some little things in the room that I’m sure will be refreshed in time.
Great views of the lake including airplanes and ferries. Would happily return here the next time we are in the city.
Key app on the phone didn’t work for the pool area so we opted to get a physical key card.
Pool deck is quite slippery, wear sandals.:)

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful waterfront views in some rooms. Great location for shops, restaurants and water taxis. Staff give lovely customer service. Front desk understaffed which needs addressing by management but this does not detract from the friendly service provided.

Nice staff and good view! However, the furniture in my room is the same as the ones i saw in movies from $50 night low budget motel with who knows what type of stain is on the couch, I had a Jr king suite which I think is the top or second top price rooms they offer. Definitely need to update your furniture.

Great Hotel In A Great Location. We Had A Lake View Room And It Was Beautiful To Wake Up To Every Morning. Very Close To Everything Downtown And Super Close To Scotiabank Arena For The Ice Hockey. We Had A Super Warm Welcome From Peter On The Reception When We Arrived. We Stayed In Room 2523 And A Few Odd Things Did Happen In Our Room. Our Draws Kept Opening By Themselves And Our Shower Even Turned On By Itself. But Nothing That Spooked Us Out Too Much. If I Ever Visit Toronto Again I Would Stay Here Again!

Pros: Comfortable beds, smart tv & good location

Cons: Poor sound proofing and no effort whatsoever to be environmentally conscious: plastic cups and coffee cups instead of real glassware, multiple plastic water bottles in the rooms, etc.

Beautiful hotel and room. I got a free surprise room upgrade when we arrived! Very clean and COVID safe too. Parking was absolutely awful though. For $35, it was a super cramped, dark garage that’s tough to drive through, and you have to walk up the same ramp as the cars to get back to your car.

Absolutely stunning facility! The hotel itself if beautiful and elegant. The location is amazing. The views are spectacular. The harbour is beautiful. The park and waterfront walking trails are perfect. The rooms are high end. The desk staff, parking valet, everyone we met were extremely friendly and helpful. There are food trucks, restaurants, convenience stores all within short walking distance. Parking is right on site and covered. We were here for a Leafs game. You could see Scotia Bank arena right from the hotel. It's a quick two block walk away!

Great location for a training conference with a very accommodating front desk staff, great spacious room however would like a more spacious bathroom layout. Hallways need some attention - looking a wee bit tired and worn.

Great views of the lake, perfect location to go see a Raptors game and close to St Lawrence market. Literally right at the ferry terminal to take a ride over to the Toronto islands. Love this place.

Could not have been more pleased with our stay this weekend. Everything went to plan and the hotel itself was immaculate. Parking isn't the easiest but was manageable. The view of the water from the 31st floor of the North tower is stunning. I'm so happy we had that room. The staff are top notch! Definitely recommend!

Nice View from the Lake View Rooms. Our Room was quiet outdated, considering the photos in the Marriott App they should have renovated rooms as well. Service and Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Was my worst experience ever. Stayed there over valentine's and the room was dirty, the sheets were clearly not washed because it had some stains on it and some looked like dried up blood and those sheets gave me a burning rash on my body. Even after switching rooms, the view wasn't the best in either of the rooms. Does not look like a 4 star hotel at all. Was very disappointed. Never coming back.

Stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and really nice. We had a view of Lake Ontario which was amazing. I loved it so much I just booked it again for a weekend in March!

My family booked this hotel for my daughter’s dance competition. While I realize hosting such a large event can be overwhelming for a venue, I did not anticipate us showing up at the hotel to be told the valet is full, proceeding to check in at 3 PM as instructed to be told there was no room ready for us and then have my family wait in the lobby for one hour after checking multiple times if the room was ready because we had not received a text, we were still told no. We went to dinner and 3 hours after check in time I found out once I phoned the hotel that it was finally ready. There was always a huge line up at the desk as well. We were only issued $50 credit to use in the hotel towards food and beverage at the end of our stay. Useless.

It's not a castle. Let's start there. I think my expectations were high because it is a Westin and a castle. The lobby is nice, conference rooms were nice, but the room itself was not. The hallways on the 10th floor were dummy lit with old carpet and stained wallpaper. The room had stained walls, flat pillows, and ill fitting pillow cases. The room left a lot to be desired.

The location was very convenient to Billy Bishop airport. There's a Tim Hornton's conveniently across the street. The place in the lobby is not a Starbucks, but they do offer limited Starbucks coffees.

I’ve had several unpleasant experiences and I was incredibly disappointed with the culture of cutting corners and making sacrifices at the expense of guest satisfaction, safety and quality. Standards are pretty low and the management team and executive teams are pretty arrogant and it seems like they’ve never even heard of what humility is. There were several instances of members of the management team using appalling and offensive language and condescension was just a regular occurrence but the location and the property itself are good enough that they are able to make a good profit. I’d name names in the review and go into details of instances but quite honestly I’m threatened by the repercussions as the memory of my association with this property to this date haunts me.

Stayed again because we had such a great time last time. Everything was great but as we were checking out we had to wait for our car. We had no issues last time and were in and out quite quickly. This was not the case this time. I understand it was busy and I have no problem waiting. The issue is the lack of communication between the valet and the runners. We had waited an hour and ten minutes for our car to finally arrive. At about the forty five minute wait point I went to the desk and talked to Justin who was very polite and offered to compensate the valet service which was more then appreciated. After we had talked to him we felt good about finally getting our car and relieved that the problem was solved. Only to find that the key had been sitting out on the counter and noone had gone to get our car yet! We watched probably 20 or 30 families and couples leave before us. After my fiance went to the counter a THIRD time we finally were able to get our car. I have no problem waiting I am a patient person I also work in customer service. The gentleman at the valet desk was short and did not apologize to my fiance.
It would have been nice for us to be treated with respect just like any other customer would have been.but if we will stay at the Harbour Westin which is possible because the hotel is lovely and the service is great. We will not be using the valet service!

Both my cars and my SO's cards became "demagnitized" during our stay. Looking into it more it is actually very difficult for a card to actually be demagnitized and I suspect that they actually have a low quality card provider. They need to fix this. It put me in an awkward spot with the front desk manager, Kevin, who was amazing by the way. He worked with me to find a way to verify my identity since my SO forgot to put my name down at check-in. The other front staff were great as well, very polite but firm with security. They need to invest in a better fob system.

Weston Harbour Castle is located in a prime location. I went to the restaurant/bar located in the lobby. The food was good, the view overlooked the lake, but the service is a tad on the slow side. Make sure you have ample time to relax there.

I came to the conference center for an appreciation dinner and had a great time. He place is beautiful, toilets are clean, a large prayer area and all in all a very good night.

Friendly check in. Room didn't smell. Great view. Comfy beds. Woken up every other hour due to dirt bags in the hallway. Shower was amazing. TV is a big screen with all the channels. We got free wifi and a late checkout because it was Sunday morning. Morning desk staff definitely less friendly than check in staff the day before. Ice machine broken on floor 23. Rooms were oddly cold unless cranking temperature up to 79-80 degrees. For 149$ I would definitely stay again. There is a convenience store across the street. Open 'till midnight.

Awful service, confused staff, the kid was served last! One food was cold. Rushing staff. And 20% automatic tip on the bill! We did not pay tip at all. They ruined our Christmas party.

Room was fantastic, the bed was super comfy. The only issue was the tv wasn't connected to the Internet but that didn't affect our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great hotel. Gym is best I have seen for a hotel. The check-in service was amazing. I was tired after long flight but front desk agent was very friendly and made it easier.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Toronto steps away from the Harbourfront and ferry terminal and mass transit. The concierge was more than happy to direct myself and my colleagues to the venue where our meeting was being held. Overall the fit and finish of the business facilities was appropriate and easily accessible.

WHERE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM, I HAVE NO IDEA! (Probably spam reviews I'm guessing)

Very rude staff. Especially the manager. Stayed at a room here this past new years eve and even though we paid for a room for the night, they didn't have any parking available so had to find an external parking. When we tried to speak to the manager, he just turned his back to us. Other staff wouldn't assist us either. We aren't from the area and my girlfriend is from LONDON ENGLAND.so this whole experience is just very unacceptable.
On top of that, our room felt dirty, and everything is so over priced. (Not that we're cheap.we know high end places.and this definitely isn't a high end experience)
Will never stay here again and advice others to just save there money.

In addition.we went to the toula restaurant for new years.wow what a horrible experience. False advertising on the venue. We already paid for tickets $150 each for dinner.but still got charged a $300 tab because of gratuities or whatever sneaky overcharges. After a 2 hour wait for our food you want $300? ! Of course we were forced to pay. Sad part is EVERYONE who looked at there bill had the same confused look on there face at the over charged ridiculous bill. This place is a complete scam. Once again we are outraged by our experience and will never come here again. I can only hope everyone can avoid our mistake of visiting here.

Im Rahmen eines Städtetrips waren wir mit sechs Leuten zu Gast in diesem Hotel. Alle Zimmer hatten perfekte Lage mit Ausblick über den See und waren entsprechend ausgestattet, die Bar am Abend war gemütlich, das Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk eine Sensation. Die unmittelbare Lage an der waterfront ist sensationell, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut.das Personal war trotz einiger Probleme mit der Buchung aus Europa äußerst kompetent und zuvorkommend. Wenn der Pool noch ein Außenpool wäre, dann wäre alles perfekt.
